Horrible staff head RN cody in the sunrise mental health facility refused to transfer medication to…read morean open pharmacy for a discharged patient. He yelled at me very unprofessionally stating what I would like him to do about it and that verbatim stating he didn't care if she had the medications or not. He then refused to call the on-call doctor. There was also a complaint I received stating that he made fun ona patient there asking the old woman if she knows kanye west from what was told to me he then proceeded after she said no that they have alot in common and proceeded to laugh at her. After receiving a complaint that one of the staff by the name of Afelia stated to the person under my care that if she was her daughter that she wouldn't be there. After I received the complaint they threatened her stating that if you mess with one of the staff you mess with us all and if you complain again well cut your poa off from phone calls.

I'm so glad we found Dr Cathey! He is very professional. He's quick! When you show up to your appointment, if you have to wait at all, it's just a minute or two. He gets you adjusted and gets you out! There's always a steady flow of patients moving through the office and he has a great rhythm that is aware that people have other things on their schedule to get to. I can't tell you how much he's helped us, but it's a lot! I'm not a huge fan of chiropractic care, but Dr Cathey is definitely the exception. I would highly recommend him for assistance with your back pain.
