We were from out of town and my wife's tooth came out of socket. Had gone to two corporate dental offices (you can guess which ones) and treating her was not in their profit margin and refused her care. Carabelli Dental saw her within 6 business hours and stabilized (splinted) her tooth. This was what our Dentist in Alabama had recommended. I had such a wonderful, fun experience with Dr. Usher and her team during my Vampire Facial appointment. As a middle aged woman who prefers holistic treatments, I was naturally drawn to PRF and microneedling for regaining youthful skin and Minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. While it is still too early to see maximum results, I can already feel that my skin is much smoother and tighter! I can't recommend the treatment enough, especially if you are interested in all-natural anti-aging that will give drastic results! This is the worst dental practice I've ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. they don't care about their patients. all they care about is how many people they can get thru the door. they are a brutal butcher shop. my mother went up there to have a chipped tooth taken out. they turned around and took out 10 teeth and have the audacity to give me a passive aggressive attitude both the secretary and the office manager. my mother has been bleeding nonstop because she's a diabetic it's been 5 days now and I've made sure to follow the instructions given to her and it's not working. She's been in nonstop pain at night she's not sleeping and they only gave her 12 pills of codeine like that's going to do something. now I have to go buy pain medication for my mother off of the street. Because these people won't give her something stronger. This is the worst experience with a dentist I've ever experienced. It's sad because my mother has always hated the dentist she didn't even want to go. Now I'll never be able to get her back into a dentist office again. This place should be shut down for malpractice. Do not give them your business go anywhere even if you have to leave Roswell do it it would be worth it read more

if I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would unfortunately for them that's not an option. They are not worth your time nor your money they lie to you and charge you out the butt out of the blue for no reason they tell you your amount is one thing which I paid and then you go back for a procedure and it's 10 grand more than what you expected let me just all of that 10 grand at once after they've already taken five grand from you and told you that was your total then BOOM they want way more mind you insurance covered half already. and they want another 6 grand after you've already paid 4 which is what they said our total payment was definitely would never recommend this place to anybody read more

If you use this office, make sure you keep track of your own billing or you will pay multiple times. Zero stars. 1 star under duress (you can't give zero). My wife made appointments for both of us the morning of 2 Jan. About a week before the appointment they texted her to confirm and she did. I took time off work in order to go to this appointment. We walked in 15 minutes early as they had requested, and they informed us that our appointment had been canceled. Apparently, they attempted to call to confirm the day before and when my wife didn't answer the phone, they canceled the appointment. They did not send a text asking us to confirm AGAIN. They did not leave a voice mail. They didn't call back and try again later. They simply cancelled the appointment because my wife wasn't waiting on their beck and call and didn't have the phone with her when they called. The response from the receptionist was, "Oh, sorry, maybe we can get you in later." I had made other appointments for later in the day. This is a very unprofessional start to a doctor/patient relationship. If they can't get this right, can I really expect them to get my dental care right? read more

I've had trouble with a certain tooth for years. Hearing all the great things about this place, I went in with an open mind to try and get some help. Everything was fine the first time I went in for initially was just supposed to be a cleaning but they ended up taking an X-ray of the tooth that was hurting and explained to me that she could take out the filling I had and replace it with a different material that they use. And that I also had a cavity she could take care of as well at a later time. So I thought, "Okay cool, they are on it." Fast forward to the day I was supposed to get my filling taken care of, the tooth that I have had issues with for the past 2 years but have dealt with the sensitivity, (tooth number 14) I went in they numb me up and starting working on what I thought was #14. She finishes and says, "Ok, I went ahead and took care of #15 the one with the cavity because that could be causing pain to #14. (The cavity was recent, there was no additional pain throughout the 2 years I dealt with the pain) she didn't even work on the tooth that was hurting nor did I even know she was going to work on 15 at that time and day. So I was irritated and said I came to get this #14 fixed that's what I want. After a little argument about what was ethical and what not, she got irritated with me and said, "So you want me to do #14?" I said, "Yes, that's what I came for." She said ok and agreed to do it, she was not happy about it and you could tell. She said someone would follow up in a couple days and see how it felt. Went to pay and then the lady out front says, "you never had xrays when do you want to schedule those?" I thought, that's the first thing every dentist does especially with new patients. I told her they could wait till my next cleaning. 30 minutes after I leave I get a phone call (a follow up) asking if my tooth felt better, I was like, "I literally just left your office and my mouth is still numb, I can't feel anything" she said so is it better?? I was like "IDK, it's numb!!!" Never heard back from them. My tooth has felt worse since. I didn't want to call or go back in because this is literally why I didn't go to a dentist for 2 years. I decided to call this morning and complain that it hurt because everyone is still having these amazing stories about this place so I deserve mine. They get me in at noon, but after the issue with the lady last time I requested that the guy see me and check out my filling because on top of the pain I feel a gas that food now gets stuck in. I wanted his opinion to make sure work was done right, since she did do it after you could tell she was irritated. I go in and first thing they want me to do is sign a consent form. (Which I didn't do last time.) They take me back l, take another X-ray of the tooth, and explain that the lady will be taking a look at my tooth and I told them I requested the guy and they were like we don't do that hear. So I'm irritated and I haven't even seen the dentist. And let me tell you, she came in full of attitude. I gave her the floor and she told me somehow my tooth got worse from the last time and now I need to be referred to get a root canal because it looks like I have an infection. She talked to me like I was stupid because of the fact that I told her I didn't feel the filling was done right and all of a sudden her assistant was typing away making sure she had all of the conversation noted. She let me know that she can give me my $120 back because that's nothing to her and if it'll make me happy she will do so. I told her it isn't about the money it's about my damn tooth still hurting and now it's worse after she was the last one to work on it. I got up out of the chair and walked out. It was frustrating that this doctor that we trust to take care of things can try and belittle a patient so much. I went back about 20 minutes later to request all documentation, treatment plans, and notes. The lady told me it was going to take 3 days because she's busy and has other things she has to take care of. Very upset. read more
