We used this company to clean the carpets in a rental home. I called them on a Monday and they were able to come out on a Wednesday. He was on time and professional. It was $25 per room,but worth it because we have an 80 pound dog that leaves behind some big paw prints. After he finished, the carpet smelled really fresh and looked almost new. The gentleman (sorry, forgot his name!) came on time the next day as promised. I can't BELIEVE how awesome our carpets look!! We recently moved into our home and needed to get the dog smell and food/animal stains out of two of the bedrooms. The carpet looks just about brand new now! Made a phone call several days in advance to schedule a carpet cleaning. The gentleman who answered the phone seemed as though he didn't want my business. He asked if the morning would work and I informed him I wouldn't be available till early afternoon. He asked what time would be best and I said either 12 or 1, which ever would work best for them. He replied that the morning would have worked best for him. He said he would have to wait around all day before coming to my appointment. Could have just said he wasn't available. I should have just hung up then but went ahead and scheduled them. They arrived on time and said they wouldn't accept a check because I was moving out. I went right down the road to get cash and returned a few minutes later just as they were finishing up. They were unhappy for having to wait on me and said they told me over the phone that they would only accept cash. Not only was this untrue but I've scheduled carpet cleaners while moving out in the past and always wrote a check. Overall, they did their jobs but were very unfriendly and had poor customer service. read more

I just called Eastern shore carpet care and asked if he could come look ate the carpet and see of it can be cleaned or if it should be replaced. He said he didn't have time to come look at carpet but he could give me a cleaning price (without having seen it). He told me if I needed him to come look at it first I should just replace it. Richard is one of the nicest business owners I have ever worked with. I am helping a friend get her mothers house on the market since she had to move her to an assisted living facility in SC. Well August 1st I went to the house to find about 2" or more of water that had been standing for at least a month. He came when he said he would come. He immediately went to work the wet stinking carpet and standing water was out of the house within 24 hours. He is pleasant to work with, I personally plan on having him clean my carpet, very decent with his price not so sure I would do what he does for the prices he charges. Our carpets look great! With two dogs running in and out all day, our carpets had stains, dirt, and odors. (More than my daily vacuuming could clean.). The stains and odors are gone and the house looks so much better. There are many companies that can clean your carpet, but what sets Eastern Shore above the others is the the fact that this is privately owned and the owner does the work. Richard takes great pride in his work. He is on time, thorough, and does an excellent job. He brings his own water and gets to work immediately. You will notice a level of customer service that is missing from many companies today. He is very reasonably priced. He removed stains that I didn't think he could and the whole house smelled great.
