He said they'd be here at 9:30 am and they were here at 9:30. Did an excellent job for us and our neighbors. They still do our maintenance on the irrigation system and I have never had a problem. They had available time this past weekend and showed up on Sunday on time and worked diligently to fix the problem, kept us informed on what was happening, repaired our broken sprinkler system, added an Extension to an existing zone, changed out the boxes and covers and cleaned up and you would not even know that the trenches were dug around our yard. Decorative leaves shoved in so I could barely see them. I moved to larger vase. Stems were ragged and cut in all lengths so many could reach water. Some stems were broken. Some flowers and leaves barely had a stem. What a damn mess! The entire arrangement is already dying 2 days post Mother's Day. Disappointing to say the least!

The price quote changed as I got closer to my move date. Get everything in writing from Lucia twice. If she tells you that the sun is shining get it in writing. They are not bonded professional movers. She takes no responsibility for missing or broken or items. Finally, she was belligerent and rude and insulting when I asked about my missing items.
