The flowers were stunning, which is the most important part. In addition, when I called a second time after figuring out my mom wasn't going to be around, they worked out a late delivery time and left the flowers in a cool, shaded spot so they weren't wilty when my mom got home. The flowers were delivered to our house on the afternoon of November 1 and the driver was kind enough to bring the flowers into the house for me. When my wife looked at the flowers, she noted that they were wilted and did not look fresh. We just thought they may have needed water, but after checking, the water was full. On November 2, the day after delivery, the damaged petals started to fall off on both of the flower orders. See picture attached.
