Since I'm not familiar with the area I wanted to talk to a live person, not order online. Well, Friendly Flowers answered on the second ring. I didn't get the gentleman's name who went above and beyond to help me but he took the time to discuss what I was looking at on their website and made some suggestions to personalize a tailored, one of a kind arrangement. My sister received the bouquet the next day and was overjoyed with the look and smell of the flowers. The price was also VERY reasonable and the service, priceless. On Sunday morning when he gave it to me, I had to pull every dead rose (6). By Tuesday, 90% of the flowers were dead. I emailed Allison to share this experience. I never received a response. I shared multiple pictures showing the dead flowers. Still no response. This was disappointing as we have purchased flowers from there before and was never this disappointed, particularly on a birthday. It would have been professional to at least respond to the email with concern for my disappointment.

This was my first time ordering from Sonya's and I am so happy that I did. My mom could not be happier, the flowers are so gorgeous. I was initially worried that designers choice meant that I'd receive flowers that were dying or not frequently purchased but that was not the case. They were beautiful!

The collection of varieties here is ample and many species that you will find at small shops. I was excited to find some and can't wait to see them grow. Decorative leaves shoved in so I could barely see them. I moved to larger vase. Stems were ragged and cut in all lengths so many could reach water. Some stems were broken. In addition, when I called a second time after figuring out my mom wasn't going to be around, they worked out a late delivery time and left the flowers in a cool, shaded spot so they weren't wilty when my mom got home. I called Enchanted Petals because of all of the high praise I found on Yelp. Every 5 star review is right on the money. I called, spoke with Josh and described my wife's favorite flowers and colors and asked to have it delivered to our hotel. Needless to say, the bouquet was beautiful and there it was, right in the room when my wife walked in. So happy and I wish they did business in Philly.
