All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

The employee checked for me the turnaround time and the cost to do the job. I went on line, put in my details and uploaded my image file with my due date of three days later. On the day I'm to receive my print, sir speedy sends me a quote for the work. I call them up and they inform me that the dive print I needed was not in stock. I talked to someone on the phone, and they sent me an email that they received my info. Now I'm screwed without the print that I need for a job and all they could say to me is, sorry. This is totally unacceptable. Ask many questions and double and triple check what they tell you.
