When I arrived I was told it could not be made. I asked why and asked if there was anything that could be done. He said no. I feel as though they just say anything to get you in the store knowing they are one of the biggest t shirt printers in the area. On top of giving the wrong information the manager was rude and uncompassionate to the fact his employee gave out the wrong information. These tips of places feel they can treat customers any type of way but I will make it my mission to educate people that money matters. Stop giving these people your money when they come here and profit off our community but treat us like we are less than worthy of good customer service. They lie and manipulate people to get them in and get their business then don't produce what they say they can. I was devastated by the treatment I received at this establishment.

Beware!!!!I will never patronize this business again…read more Customers are required to pay in full before receiving their items, yet the business repeatedly fails to honor its own promised completion dates. I paid for my shirts a week in advance and was given a specific pickup time. When my son arrived as instructed, the store had already closed before its posted business hours, and the shirts had not even been started. Throughout the process, there was little to no communication. I reached out for an update before the pickup date and received no response. To make matters worse, the owner was rude to my son when he came to pick up the order, despite the fact that he was following the instructions that had been given. As a business owner myself, I understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, professionalism means communicating with your customers, honoring your commitments whenever possible, and treating people with respect. My time is valuable, and I should not have to chase down a business to complete work that was paid for in advance. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint regarding these business practices. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer care.

If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.
