Came in to come grab some quick pick-ups and found a medley of nice little items at this store. The selection is pretty good especially considering the area, they're just aren't many shops with a selection like they carry. Not just vaping accessories and equipment but tobacco and dry herb equipment as well. I just stumbled upon this place yesterday and I'm so glad I did! They just opened doors this week and haven't even had their official grand opening yet, but I found them on google when I was searching for a better tobacco shop to replace the terrible service at the one I've been a regular at until now. These guys are fantastic, and such a refreshing change from what I've grown accustomed to elsewhere. The gentleman working yesterday wasn't the owner, but he was super friendly and knowledgable. Getting a warm welcome from owners is great, but they have a higher vested interest. Having such a positive experience from the staff on the other hand, shows that the place is well managed, and a better indication of consistently good future service. They have a great selection of vapes, hookah, tobacco, cigars, and accessories, and the prices are MUCH better than my old shop. Coupled with great service and a clean, organized, and nice smelling shop, there's no doubt that I'll never be going back to the other place again. I am disgusted. I bought JUUL pods about two weeks ago from here. My friend came over last night, and told me they were fake. There were many errors in the packaging, and the color of the pods were significantly darker. I am writing this review because I spent the past two weeks smoking these pods only to find out they are fake. It is scary to think about what could be in these pods. Please save yourself the headache and potential health consequences and AVOID THIS PLACE FOR JUUL PODS. They also are not even an authorized retailer of the pods, which is ILLEGAL KEEP IN MIND. There isn't a better vape shop in the DC area. I used to just go to whatever shop was closest to me, but now I don't go anywhere else. The guy that works here has the most knowledge of any vape store employee I've met. Another vape shop had given my friend a Breeze 2 coil for her Breeze 1, causing burning really fast, but this shop spotted the problem right away and gave her the proper coil. I am new to Vaping and I've been to so many different shops in search of different juice and figuring out what vape pen would be best for me. I've had terrible service at most of the places I've been, either due to lack of knowledge about their products or just trying to get my money. This was not the case at Tobacco Plus One. I had by far the best service I've ever had and spoke with one of the two owners for a long time. He was knowledgeable and honest with me. I'm a college student but I've worked retail for almost 5 years now and I can say honestly I had the best sales experience ever. I told him up front that my price range was on the lower end and that I wanted to stick with a basic pen. My old pen was leaking and cracked and had a lot of issues. He showed me all of my options for the basic pen kits and really listened to everything I told him. He even took apart my pen completely for me and later it out to explain everything. The first thing I noticed was that the same pen I bought at another shop was almost half the price (to be fair, I bought my first pen on a whim and should have researched prices first). He told me he and his Buisness partner want to offer honest prices for the quality of what they're selling and gave me a great price for a really nice pen. He was also about to go out of his way to order another color for me but I ended up liking another one better. He gave me a sample of a really good flavor of juice to try too, for free! :) I not only had a wonderful conversation with him, i learned literally everything I needed to know about my vape and how it works and why it was broken. I know that because I'm not an expert in vaporizers, my questions probably sounded stupid and my terminology sucked. He was so patient and answered all of my questions completely. I now know a whole lot more of the ins and outs of vaping. The place was clean and neat. Prices very fair. He is an honest, knowledgeable owner and will continue to get my Buisness for a long time.
