Upon checking-in, I was given a map and shown where area attractions are located and given helpful information. The campground's proximity to the attractions and stores made it ideal. The gravel site was fairly level. The grounds looked well-maintained and the bathrooms are huge and clean. The bathrooms are individual units that includes the shower. There are lots of hooks and a large chair. If staying in Twin Falls again, I would definitely return.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cell service and the WiFi was good. The water slide and pools were a hit with the kids and the adults. We didn't get a chance to do the mini-golf. The campground is well maintained. The only downside was that the store and water slides close at 6pm on Sundays. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Don't waste your money!…read more Planned a get together with my out of state family and decided on renting 2 cabins at Anderson camp. I should have read the reviews before booking. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how awful our experience was. We paid $80 a night per cabin, plus a $25 refundable remote fee. When we called to book the cabins the person we talked to said it was private and that the spaces were apart so that we would have privacy but we were surrounded by RV spots. The pictures online are very misleading! On the site map it shows the cabins next to a stream with the doors facing the stream but that is not the case. The doors and the porch face the longterm RV spots which was not a nice view or private at all. The cabins were so HOT inside it was like sleeping in a sauna. Even tho there are 2 fans and windows you can open, it was so miserable, even at night! At 9pm I went to wash my hands in the sink inside the cabin and the sink started backing up. I found a plunger in the bathroom and when I tried using it in the sink a bunch of old stagnant, stinky, slimy and moldy water came up and you could tell it has been plugged up for a while. I had to call the after hours number and spoke to some lady who told me she would send the maintenance man over. About 20 min later he shows up stumbing all over the place, slurring his words and stinking like alcohol. He had the nerve to ask us "what we put down the sink" I told him we did not put anything down the sink and that obviously the sink had been plugged for a while. He then told me that he "has never had that happen in 7 years". I told him theres a first time for everything and that I was offended that he accused us of doing it. NO apology was given! After he fixed it he stumbled back out to his car and left. The cabins were dirty and full of cobwebs. Our fan quit working in the middle of the night, and in order to shut the light off without turning the ceiling fan off, we had to use the rickety chair to stand on in order to reach the chain to turn off the light. I called the next morning and talked to the "so called" manager and told her what happened....she didnt care. And again...no apology! She brought us another fan and said that the maintenenance man "her husband" was not drunk, he had just woke up....whatever lady, I know a drunk when I see one! For little more money we could have stayed at the KOA with AC, privacy and good customer service. To "Jason" the owner, your business has gone to downhill and you should either get rid of the clowns you have running it, or teach them some manners and how to treat their customers with respect. You should care more about how your customers are treated so they will actually have a good experience and come back. Do better!!!

It is clean...I hate the nasty reviews about the water being green. If you look at the water it is clear and clean, the green tint is literally the minerals that are suspended in the water, namely pyrite. They have at least two signs explaining the color of the water and the mineral build up, which I guess people don't read or believe. Whatever. Fun place for all ages.

The site was significantly off camber so that it was difficult for me to walk around without stumbling (I'm 72). I asked the attendant for another site to which she responded that I could not be accommodated. I departed early and as I was checking out the actual Owner was behind the counter with an inept employee. I told him that I was leaving early because I couldn't endure the site. His response was to curse at me dropping several F bombs, and even a fu old man as I walked out the door. This ends my use of any KOA on the planet.

I often worry that the dryers have been dailed down so that you have to use more quarters. Not the case here! Jeans and heavy jackets will be dry before the time is up. Do nice! Okay, back to the camping. Sites accommodate small to very large RVs. Nice grass and picnic tables. We arrived on a day that the office was closed. No problem. The site map was on the door. The campground really filled up for Memorial Day weekend. So plan ahead if you are traveling during a holiday. Campground is convenient to town and all the sites. We are really enjoying our stay.

I mean every spot accept one had shade all day. It has laundry facilities along with very clean showers that they offer for free. Let's talk about the staff. I have never been to a place with such nice staff. Always smiling and willing to help. I couldn't have been more happy to have found this place as it made our two week stay so enjoyable. To whom it may concern,…read more I am writing this letter with the utmost disbelief imaginable. After driving for 10 hours we arrived at the below campsite. I have never, in 30,000+ miles, seen or been to anything as horrifying as this. Specifically site 22. The vole, INFESTATION, is not only disgusting but so dangerous to humans and pets. These voles were not afraid of anything or anyone. They traveled across the lawn from one hole to the next,(which was only an inch or 2 because there are holes everywhere) in the middle of the day, without hesitation. There were so many it looked as if the earth was moving. Traveling with my 2 granddaughters and our service dog, Addie, there was no way I was going to subject them to the following, inevitable, consequence: "voles, are hazardous to humans as they spread infection and various diseases through their feces and urine. The fact is they can easily contaminate your property and people by introducing parasites through their poop. These vole droppings are a threat not only to humans but to cats, dogs, and other pets. Voles also possess teeth, and therefore can bite you if they feel threatened. Having said that, you should take immediate action to deal with them, whether they are indoors or outdoors." Pulled in and…read morewas immediately greeted by Janell the friendly and helpful host - She even asked if I qualified for any discounts and shared what they are. The spots are nicely laid out, spacious, plenty of room even for big rigs. Nice grass patch and table / bench setup at each one. Full hookups that are in good condition, wired correctly, and work. There is some road noise from the 93, as to be expected - not like the host can do anything about that.. didn't bother us though. There are fenced in 'dog run' areas with grass where you can let your dogs off to run around and do their business, just be a good human and pick up after them. There is also a dump station, laundry room, bathroom, dumpsters all available. I like it so much, we're staying an extra night!
