Other than saying my "request has been processed" they refuse to communicate with me about anything and have kept my deposit. All of it. During the…read morecourse, I was subjected to the most bizarre "family", that I was very close to ringing the authorities; due to being so concerned for those not as 'tuned-in to such rhetoric'... The main person was a portly man named "Tommy". This individual stated, within the first TWO minutes of listening to him (as he would not allow a word, edgewise) that HE WAS AN OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. He then thought it apropos to try & persuade the 2 of us to JOIN THE CONGREGATION OF HIS CHURCH, which he informed us was simply known amongst the parishioners as "The House". How EXTREMELY unprofessional, as well as questionable. We were finally directed to speak to a leasing agent named "Jamie". My heart has never bled for anyone quite as badly as it did for this woman. She was so obviously uncomfortable "acting" as though the company was a reputable one, but I could sense discomfort on her part... She didn't "fit" this inbred "family mold";& as I pressed her with questions I learned she was, indeed, only in her 3rd week with working for them. She sealed the deal after giving us a key to tour the small, dilapidate place they deem fit for humans to inhabit. We returned the key, and asked her a few questions (about HER, personally). In the end, I secured her a way "out" as well as "up" by ringing a much more suitable place of employment, yet I told her how she should go about turning the tables, to make THEM feel they were the one's giving her the shaft. (It is a good craft to practice, especially since they end up feeling 'SO BADLY' that they'd never list an actual reason they're giving someone the axe, because THEY have no true reason). Now that she has been hired & has begun working a job that's hardly "entry level pay, yet expected to run the entire mosh-pit" rolls working for a Cult-typed, & judgmental, low-paying, unsavory, and very likely illegal low-income city of apartments; and is not trying to fill the shoes of some extremely backwards, and neglectful business men, I FEEL SAFETY IN POSTING MY REVIEW: Several are sinking into the very foundation... MOST (I took about 45 minutes roaming large & medium sized complexes) of the residence [they were extremely forth-with when I asked to look around in their homes] complained about the most atrocious pest infestations, ceilings completely falling in, with dry-wall ruining all their possessions, and showed me evidence of it all!!! Many of the women were keeping diaries solely concerning the requests they'd made, and what (& WHEN) was done about it, with futile results due to these properties being outright IGNORED for at least 30 years. (I do property appraisals, so I'm not green in this area) FREON HVAC A/C??? Is Millington still ALLOWING this? Vector will certainly need to be phoned, as I was informed that they rent over 340 dwellings. But, "Hey! Maybe they are all a part of a polygamist sect... Who can tell, these days?" (I bet that "Tommy" would let you know ALL about it, if you ever have the misfortune of being cornered by him, so probably not. It took me the rest of the day to shake off the general horrific feeling we placed upon ourselves by thinking we were simply headed to view a few NORMAL apartment communities. Needless to say, I chose to do other things with the remainder of my day, i.e.: The introduction of a leasing agent with a much better gig. I should have sought the Internet, first, but I AM more informed for my troubles.

It's all an inside job! Supposedly it's a couple of teenagers who know the owners (they also piss in the pools!)! I also know someone who walked in on the maintenance guys going through their belongings. I was robbed of my tvs, game system and my bluray player! The offic doesn't care they have fake cameras by the gates. The gates are always broken so anyone can just waltz up in there. Millington is turning into frayser and going downhill because these landlords around here don't want to fix it up and make it nice. The city is a joke! There's nothing to do here!

They do not accept credit/debit cards for payment when they rent probably 100 units. If ever in a bind I would probably live here again. They only said we had to make 3 times the rent and have proof of that. Then when I get there she says I have to do a background check and bring in last years tax return. NEVER mentioned the credit check. Then the lady at the office repeatedly told us that the person that actually showed us the house (Monica) was new and didnt know what she was talking about. I had to drive all the way to Tipton County 3 times to take in paperwork that they never told me in the first place I needed. These realty companies need to tell you exactly what you need to give them and what you need to pass to be eligible to rent from them. Finally came back and said we didnt qualify but then wouldnt tell us the reason we werent eligible. From now on I'll be dealing directly with the homeowner of any place I am interested in.
