Unfortunately, my experience with management and corporate was also very frustrating. In particular, my interactions with Nicole Everroad were disappointing, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled professionally or with the level of consideration I would expect from a property where I had lived for six years. What made the situation even more frustrating was being asked to refrain from leaving messages for the reception, with the explanation that "this isn't personal." I completely understand that business matters are not personal, but as a resident, I believe I should be able to communicate my concerns respectfully and receive the same professionalism in return. After six years, I expected a much better move-out experience. Unfortunately, the way the charges and communication were handled left me very disappointed. The office is nice but there's only so much they can do. Everything has to be approved by corporate. Major ice storm and I've been stuck inside my unit over a week while the city is open. It's like a hockey rink and they won't remove it. No walkways. Dangerous. Gates open. Unsafe. Abby o Quinn , regional manager, has ignored all messages trying to discuss this issue. Be aware of this when looking to rent. Only one outside bathrooms for pool and fitness. If you have children this is difficult because the bathroom is separated by a fence . No refreshment stations like the picture shows

Southern Roofing was a sub used by Erie Home to do a friends roof. They did a horrible job leaving…read moreobvious defects they simply ignored as they pounded nails. Their work was interrupted by a thunderstorm but from what my friend told me, they started back to work as soon as the rain stopped. She was impressed. I wasn't. You don't put new shingles on a wet roof. Most of my problems with that roof are with Erie Home but Southern Roofing must take some responsibility for the inferior workmanship. I notice many 5 star reviews where people often remark how fast they were. I say hasty and there is a difference. Many also point out how great their roof looks. Of course any new roof would "look great" despite being improperly installed. It seems to me that most of the 5 star reviews are written in complete ignorance of what constitutes a good roofing job and anything is passable as long as it was done quickly and looks pretty.

The estimates were competitive and no additional costs were incurred. We were offered spare tile, paint and barrier material. The project was completed within the agreed upon time and the owner of the company checked with us several times to ensure we were happy with the results. We contacted them about the demolition and removal of two structures on our property. On our second dealing with Coleman, their second project was again finished on time, this time under budget as in the end we were not charged for disposal. And even though severe weather complicated the process, we were not charged for tree damage repair to our fence or the disposal of a downed tree and several large limbs.
