I've been coming here for years, but since the ownership change in 2024, the quality of service has declined while prices have increased. Today, I arrived 15 minutes after opening and there was only one employee working despite several customers waiting. My pedicure felt extremely rushed, and I then had to wait to start my acrylic full set. Less than 10 minutes into my nail service, I was switched to another technician who proceeded to perform a completely different manicure than what I requested, even after I clarified my request three separate times. There was no meaningful attempt to fix the situation, and I was left very dissatisfied with the results, especially since I was getting my nails done for my birthday. Despite this experience, I still had my eyebrows done. When it came time to pay, I was charged $113 for a gel pedicure, full acrylic set, and eyebrows, despite not receiving a full acrylic set. When I questioned this, they initially insisted that I did receive a full set, then changed their story and claimed I had requested a gel overlay, which I have never gotten before. Their attempt to resolve the issue was unacceptable; they offered only $5 off a future visit. I made it clear I would not be returning and had to argue just to receive $15 off my total. After years of being a loyal customer, I will never spend my money at Easton Nails again and would caution others to do the same. read more

I went into Easton nails for what I thought would be a quick color change. I made it clear that I was pressed for time and if someone could not see me quickly I can try somewhere else. The person I spoke with told me they could do it right away. That was not the case. Not only was the service slow, the tech assigned to me was very slow. The color change took her 40 mins! Then to make matters worse they charged $25 for the color change while a gel mani was priced at $30. They clearly overcharged for the polish change. And finally for that price, the work is amateur at best. I could have, and probably should have, done this myself! I tried here after my regular place was packed. I was pleasantly surprised by their spa pedicure- the best I've had for an affordable price. I've been here twice now as a walk-in when I needed to pamper myself after a stressful day, once last year for a regular mani and yesterday for a mani-pedi. Both times I have left feeling relaxed, happy, and with great nails. For the mani-pedi yesterday I had May and she told me about the spa pedicure upgrade which I 10/10 recommend! My feet are SO unbelievably soft, the 10 min foot massage was amazing I was falling asleep, and the entire time I felt extremely relaxed in the massage chair. Everyone is very sweet and in good spirits, which creates a safe and calming environment. I will definitely be back! Thank you, May!!! They take cash and card. First off, this place was open today (Sunday before July 4th) giving it a one up already. Second, prices beat any other nail salon in Jenkintown/Willow Grove area. 20$ for gel mani! I love Noble Nails but man that place is expensive. This place was very clean and I was immediately greeted by someone upon walking in. I started out with a pedicure and the girl who did it did a great job. The longest massage I've ever received while getting a pedi so that was awesome. Onto my nails, I got a gel mani and this is where my 5 star review comes in. Side note: I had worked this morning so I did not arrive at the salon until a little past 4:00 and they closed at 5:00. While she was applying the polish the color seemed to like dissipate and she kept wiping it off and reapplying it. I didn't ask what was going on because I hate to be that person. Instead, she called over the owner who checked it out and took over and ended up completing my manicure. I thought that was extremely professional. If you're looking for a quick, clean, cheap and friendly place for nails I would def recommend Easton Nails. I am a fan of their $25 deal for mani + pedi and also $20 for gel mani. They last for at least a week to two weeks. They use essi and opi products for regular mani/pedi along with opi and shellac for gel. Their color selection is decent and you can typically find the color you want, but nothing out of the ordinary. If your not too high maintenance over getting your nails did, then this place will get the job done. read more

I had a wonderful experience here - am definitely a fan! A co-worker and myself decided to treat ourselves to a little well-deserved lunchtime pampering and boy did it hit the spot! We each did the Basic Mani/Pedi and it was wonderful. The employees are very nice, respectful and knowledgeable, and the salon was kept very clean! For the pedi - they have these sweet massaging chairs, an unexpected bonus! My friend isn't the most sure-footed crayon in the box, on her walk from the pedi throne, to the manicure station, she botched her toe polish (every. single. toe. no lie!) and immediately and without any fuss her pedicurist took her right back, fixed her right as new, and then sat her under the dryer to ensure the same did not happen again! First parking is great front and back and if upon going in they try to take you right away or if there is a little wait I put my name in and then run to the bank or the bake shop. We arrived at Easton Nails and the workers were not very welcoming towards me. My daughters were waited on right away while I was overlooked for over 45 minutes . It was very unsanitary as they used a dirty towel on my legs. The workers were not careful about their work . I did not get my moneys worth because the full pedicure wasn't completed. They hardly clipped my nails and didn't give me a paraffin wax. They did not even give me an ample amount of time to dry my nails and they rushed me out. My pedicure was okay the foot massage was about 30 seconds on each foot. My 4 year old could have done better. My manicure was terrible. My cuticle got nicked and I was bleeding. Once again massage was even less then 30 seconds on each hand. The polish job is so terrible that I can still see my natural nail. I had to ask her to do the edge of my nail 2 times because there was no polish at all! Save you time and money this place is terrible. read more

I'd been here before a long time ago for a standard manicure, but this time I came in for a fill on my acrylic and a gel polish with that. I've been getting gel polish for probably 6 months now, and I've never had an issue with the polish (it's always lasted 2-3 weeks until I had to refill my acrylic again). Well they did the same procedure here.. and within a day, my gel polish had chipped, and then from the chip, kept peeling and peeling off, on both thumbs, and now one of my middle fingers. I don't know whether it's the quality of polish they use, or their products that they buy for the rest of it, or if she forgot a step and I just didn't notice, but I'm very disappointed after spending that money on what I thought would be a manicure to last me 2-3 weeks. Not very happy. The woman who did my mani-pedi didn't ask me how I wanted my nails shaped, so she left them an ugly lopsided squarish shape instead of my natural rounded shape I originally had. Just cut them straight across and kinda filed them. They aren't even straight, so one side is rounded and the other is a rigid corner. Even my toenail edge is pointy. She rushed the massage part and even left the edges tagged. I didn't notice how bad they were until we were out the door. This was my first time here. The technician who did my pedicure and full set was so rude. First of all, she was rushing through my pedicure and she was going so fast that she cut my skin while she was cutting off the cuticles and my toe was bleeding. I also had a full set with gel polish. After she was done putting on the tips, she didn't even bother to ask what shape I would like in the beginning. She just assumed I wanted my nails square and when I said something she told me I should have told her sooner?? Secondly, she shaped my nails so unevenly and when I asked her to fix it she got irritated and rolled her eyes.
