I've been coming here for 10 years plus and now that Laura is gone I will never come back. I hesitated after I heard Laura left, so I booked an appointment with Tracy the owner. I had a facial, a brow wax and some light body waxing. She hit me up for $275. I was shocked after coming here for 10 years and having the same services in addition in the past I've added on manicures and pedicures and it never came to $275. So disappointed. She's all business. She'll talk about how wonderful she is and what it's going to do for your face but I left there with red blotches that still haven't gone away. I realize it's often typical to have some redness after facial but this is unusually deep purple and I hope it'll be gone in the morning. I do not recommend Tracy at all... And to charge me $275. She's out of her mind. Additionally I didn't even get a hand massage while she had my mask drying.... Instead she went out for a half an hour to work on another customer when I should have been having a hand massage. read more

I was embarrassed of how weak and ugly my nails were. But then, I complemented a friend of mine about how lovely hers were and she told me about Tracy at Inter Nail Salon. Now? I LOVE MY NAILS!! I like getting gel to make my nails look as natural as possible and she 'nails' it every time. As I sit there chit-chatting with other clients, I see how all of the employees are good at making people who like more 'bling' happy too. Lots of talent under one roof. The prices are very fair as well. Most of the other clients I've talked to have been going there for over 20 years. That speaks volumes of what a great business it is. Tracy is friendly, upbeat and has a fantastic positive attitude which is contagious - I always leave there in a better mood than I came in with. read more

I got a pedicure here because this nail salon was recommended by a friend. The pedicure itself was fine. Pretty basic pedicure, nothing fancy. They probably charge too much for how basic the pedicure is but I don't know what the normal prices are in the area so I can't compare. The 1 star is because the pedicure chipped 2 days later and my pedicures never chip. So it wasn't great quality. read more

The people there are extremely sweet, but I'm not thrilled with my nails. I got a full set with gel and the gel wasn't painted all the way down to my cuticle, so it looks like I have extremely short, stubby nails. The acrylic is bumpy and thick in some areas, but thin in others. I ended up with nails that have a really weird shape. Love the atmosphere and gel color, but don't love the outcome of my nails. I was really hoping this was going to be my new go to place. read more

Their prices are great services are good but some times I feel like they rush me through. I spent 45 minutes feeling like i was not there. The girls were speaking their native language and basically not paying attention to their customers. I felt a little awkward and so did the customer sitting next to me.. I showed up for my appointment, which I made 3 weeks in advance, and was ask to reschedule because they gave my appointment to another customer who called in that day. I told them I thought that was unprofessional and that it showed they do not value their regular customers. The staff is friendly and the services I received were okay. An appointment is very important to me so I most likely will not be returning. This might be a good choice for walk in customer. read more
