Today I went with my mom for a mani and a spa pedi and it was a terrible experience 1) as we were trying to pick colors the technician was rushing us asking us what took so long 2) they did the mani and the pedi at the same time, which I don't usually mind but it was really uncomfortable and the manicure ended up being sloppy and looked terrible. She painted over my cuticles, the polish was too thick, and the polish wasn't smooth. My nails looked better before. 3) in the middle of the pedicure, my technician walked away. So so deeply unprofessional... so my mom and I finished at different times 4) the spa pedicure included a callous remover, a foot massage, and a hot stone massage. The technician massaged nothing. She lightly rubbed my calves with lotion. The best part of the pedicure is usually the massage. This was not a massage. This was like having someone pet my calves like a dog. 5) when I complained, the technician just laughed and offered no solution. 6) the manicurist did not push up or cut my cuticles. She didn't even offer. When I asked for it she said I didn't have cuticles (not correct) All in all, I would not return nor would I recommend visiting this establishment. read more

I was quoted one price on the phone then when I came in person, I was quoted another price with an up charge of 10$. I KNOW WHAT I WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE!! Prices are too expensive and don't think that the price on the phone is the same as in person. I would like to support local businesses but not rip off ones. Service was too quick, they did not take the time with the price they charge. They overall job was ok but for 137$ for 2 pedis one regular manicure and one refill.. I will go Elsewhere. read more

I went to Beauty Tiffany on recommendation by a past customer and immediately regretted it once entering the salon. The workers were rude, dismissive , and rushed us through the services. We weren't directed to wash our hands once while there , which is worrisome considering Covid-19. I felt extremely uncomfortable and sad as this was my first nail experience following the pandemic and I was looking forward to being pampered. Between myself and 1 other person, we spent over $270 just to be rushed with our nails chipped and paint falling off by the next day.Another nail tech even told me that she did not like the color that I chose to put on my nails and snickered as she spoke to another woman after making that comment. They are also very weird about pressuring you into tipping and after that experience I did not feel OK with tipping but did for the fact that it was the right thing to do . This was my worst nail experience ever and I would advise you to go somewhere where your money will be spent wisely and you will be treated like a paying customer. read more

I came to the salon for a manicure and Jennifer did a great job! After a week, I came back for a pedicure and Rosa took care of me. She did my pedicure and she was amazing. Every time I'm in town, I will be back. These ladies are great! Luckily, I didn't read any of the reviews prior to my visit. I don't understand why this place doesn't have better rating because the consumer service is great! They do take only cash! So bring cash! read more

I go here a lot and they are very nice. Sometimes I wish it was cleaner. The owner is very talented. I have a few regular mani pedi places and this is one. It depends where I am going and if it is on the way during my errands. The pedi chairs are comfortable and it is a calm environment. I can't stand the sports they sometimes have on the TV. Go-to place for all the ladies in my family! They are extremely friendly, attentive, and clean - especially with enforcing COVID regulations and restrictions. They take your temperature when you walk in and give you a pump of sanitizer, and there's even plastic barriers throughout the salon to limit contact with other customers. They even take Venmo now to limit direct contact with items commonly used. Definitely worth the price, and we really do feel relaxed and pampered when we come here. read more

Rosa's pedicures (combined with a hot basalt stone massage) are worth every single cent charged and absolute perfection. I adore her. Pedi was very nice. An extra 10$ for paraffin and $5 for Opi long last Polish. Don't think they should charge extra for this (it's regular polish) but overall service was worth the $45. Tried this place for the first time this past weekend-I was the only person in the salon on a Saturday. My gel manicure was fine, but was $30 compared to the average $25, and nothing about the experience warranted an extra $5. I also had an eyebrow wax ($10), but she waxed off too much and burned me under one brow. Overpriced. Won't be back. read more
