I love this place! Starting with making the appointment, Desirae was so helpful and pleasant. She checked my insurance and called me back to say that I was covered! When I got to my appointment I was greeted by Casey who gave me a gift! It is a great water bottle. Then I was examined and treated by Fabiola who is amazing. even though I needed a deep cleaning, she made sure I was ok all the way through. Doctor Huynh also came in and he is so nice. I've been amazed with the dental staff and procedures. They have an amazing process in place for new patients to make you feel appreciated. The doctor is clear and precise. Best of all they manufacture their own crowns on site and I was able to get a rellace in about 2 hours. I got a card in the mail after the first appointment. They reward you for your referrals. Let me begin by saying I do not like going to any dentist. I've let my teeth go for over a decade without treatment or follow ups because I just simply don't like dentists. With that being said, my crown fell out and I had no choice but to see a dentist. I found Dr Huynh at Eastport Dental through my insurance website. I made an appointment and what turned out to be a painful goodbye to my rotting tooth became a beautiful dental patient relationship. I am amazed by the follow through and caring of their patients at this office. If I have a procedure done, Dr Huynh invites me back for a post op and takes the time to just ask how your feeling and if he can do anything to ease your discomfort, if any. He's very thorough, kind and gentle. Again, I say I don't like dentists but I have found a new love and respect for my current dentist. I look forward to my visits. The staff is warm and kind and make you feel at ease. The office is very clean and efficient. I can't say enough great things about Eastport Dental. I have been a patient here for approximately 2 years, but not sure why. This office does not provide any emergency dental services for established patients after hours or on the weekends. They are also not helpful for same day emergencies. I called this morning at 7am with a dental emergency & they were unable to fit me into the schedule on a Friday right before the weekend. I I have had several different issues with this office that were poorly handled; from lack of communication to improper & ineffective treatment. I have decided to transfer care. read more

I worked with the office manager to have me, my husband and one of my daughters seen for routine dental care. Because they were no longer going to be accepting my insurance come January, I agreed that we would be changing our insurance so we could continue to go to their office. My other daughter (on the same insurance) was refused to be seen. Per the office manager the exception was only for myself, my husband and one daughter and that they would not make that exception for her. Desiree was very rude and unwilling to work with us and could not understand why i was taking it personally that she was refusing to allow my daughter to be seen. Its a shame because i really liked the dentist but this was really uncalled for. read more
