Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures - My new smile thanks to Dr.Miller

After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

Absoutley loved Kim and there's a new manager now who is very very sweet. The assistant that helps Dr Mo is the sweetest thing too. Megan is ALWAYS the best and a very good motivator to stay on top of your cleaning. Overall I will never switch offices and I actually enjoy going in! Not to mention too they removed. 1/2 my wisdom teeth and root canal in one sitting and it was such a breeze to do, felt no pain and he walked me through the whole process. I seriously can not recommend this place enough.

Dr. Mo told me that I had a cavity on a premolar tooth and needed a crown back in approximately 2023. He shaved down the tooth and placed a crown. I had issues with the (permanent) crown immediately, my bite felt painful with sensitivity to cold and pain. I went back in about a week later for a bite adjustment and he shaved down my crown and told me that should fix it. I waited approximately 1-2 weeks but it still did not get better. I went back in for another bite adjustment and instead of shaving down the crown, he shaved down my permanent tooth WITHOUT asking for consent. He admitted to it in the moment suggesting that my permanent tooth could be the issue causing pain from the crowns shape, and that shaving it down may help. On what planet would you ever shave down someone's REAL tooth to compensation for a FAKE one? His false documentation/intentional lack of documenting his malpractice or not, his assistant was present for this. She knows and has seen firsthand how many people he has done this to. I felt my heart drop to my stomach, I knew in that moment I was never returning to this practice. The medical assistant asked me if I knew what a "bruise" was, insinuating that's all it was. I continued on with sensitivity to cold when eating/drinking, I just tried to only consume cold things on my right side instead of my left, going on one year since the crown. Eventually, I swapped to a different dentist and explained the situation. He did x-rays and said nothing was apparently alarming but given my symptoms, tried another bite adjustment to the crown. I kept trying to explain the area around the crown is too tight, I can't even floss that area, but was told to shove the floss down and that it was "fine". I was told this by Dr. Mo and the new dentist. Well, I was tired of being told "it's nothing". I felt pretty defeated and just went back to compensating on the right side. Recently, the pain started to get worse. Today, it peaked. My face started going numb and tingling and I knew enough was enough. I got in with another new dentist, a woman, who listened and took my concerns seriously. Dr. Mo used an incorrect crown material for a premolar tooth, amongst many other issues. The material he used for the crown cannot allow visualization of my actual tooth via x-ray, no one could see what was happening beneath the surface? They just kept telling me it was "nothing" even though they couldn't see! The crown was too close to my nerve, causing continuous pressure and pain. I had to have the crown removed today to visualize his terrible job. I will have to see an Endodontist this week to see if a root canal is needed. This puts me $1800 further into the hole because of Dr. Mo's scam job. This is not to mention what a total creep this guy is. He was extremely physical with me during my appointment, making constant contact with my body whenever he was nearby. I've never had this experience with a dentist before. He went on to tell me he used to work in pediatrics, which was only significantly more alarming. He told me a few horror stories about his work, such as dropping teeth down patients throats during his work causing him to trach someone - this was mentioned to me at my final visit, a real nail in the coffin. I'm not surprised that the office manager was a total jerk about this situation but a simple google review finds that Dr. Mo is NOT dead and that's an awful lie to avoid any malpractice suits. If you search him up, he's at Associated Dental Care Tucson - if I have the right guy pinned down but I think I'd know that creeps face anywhere. Dr. Morton L Krieg. I'll be calling their office to confirm this is correct given there's no public obituaries online. You're not alone, I'm sorry that happened to you, Jessica.
