The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. I've made reviews on their site but they keep deleting them so i made a yelp they can't hide from.. So about a year and a half ago i was chipping my front teeth and needed crowns so i came to Central Valley dentist office to get them. They told me i need 6 of them over my front teeth over the course of time cuz they will be ruined. Two of them had cavities that they didn't tell me about but they fixed the two front teeth and when they made room for them they completely shaved the tooth next to it making a gap. When i saw my new smile i was horrified. I actually liked my teeth before they ruined them. So the front teeth looked alright after the temperaries but the shaved tooth was absolutely ugly. I asked the dentist what happened and he said that's the shape it always was so i shrugged it off.. a year goes by and im thinking of my teeth and how mad the gap makes me so i go and look at before and after photos to see if he was lying or if he shaved my tooth that i felt was shaved.. i looked at before and after photos IN THEIR CHAIR. The time slots say im in the chair in their office and you can see with the photos that my tooth was shaved and not that shape before. So i call the dentist. I talk to Kim the manager and she explain the doctor didn't write ANY notes about my chipped tooth and i ask to send photos to which she explains sure. I don't think i was ever able to send the photos cuz i was asking Kim if there's somehow i can get a refund for what was done or have them pay for the new crown i need for the mishaps tooth and she said no because i need a crown anyways it's ok that he shaved the tooth. So i ended that call. I called again months later and asked again and this time she's very aggressive and she explains there's no notes so that's proof they didn't shave it even tho i have detailed photos in their chair and yes he did shave it like i suspected all along I got a second opinion finally and he can see where it's shaved and he also told me all of the teeth they said i need crowns in i actually do not. This dentist office set me up for a bunch of crowns i can't afford to replace one day so my whole smile will be fake teeth and I'll have to replace them every so often when my teeth were perfectly fine with some cavities that could have been filled.. now that i know what i know the chips on the front teeth could have been filled in with the tooth material instead of shaving the wrong tooth fiasco. Oh and Kim said there's nothing she can do because the dentist who did this to my mouth has passed away. So just so everyone knows if you die after you mess something up terribly no one will fix it for you so they avoid accountability when they pass away(i just learned this today) Anyways I'm going to include some before and after photos and show you what this dentist did to my smile. I also recorded her entire phone conversation denying me help but i don't want to post that for legal reasons. But below are all the photos of the conditions they left my tee to i even have the photos in their chair with the time slowly and they refuse to help me cuz the dead doctor did malpractice and took no notes of the mistake he made so now i have to pay for it and i already gave this dentist about 5k for a smile i hate. Learn from me and don't go here! If they mess up and it's on them they will not help you and make you feel bad. Kim was incredibly rude this time after i been so nice to her for years and gave her so much money it's funny how now that the money stops and I'm dissasitified they will not do anything. We had moved and though the office was farther away I still went there as they had my records and I knew what to expect. I normally do not do well with Dentistry - even just teeth cleaning. On my last visit for a teeth cleaning I had a 2:30pm appointment and checked in few minutes early. As I waited I picked up a few People magazines and was reading a few articles when I realized it was around 2:55pm. I put the magazine down and was about to get up and ask why it was a half hour late when my Hygienist appeared. They have a downstairs basement and apparently she was down there and none of the office staff (2) had advised her I was here. No apology. Again I had the same hygienist but the last few cleaning I felt she'd just been 'going through the motions' with less polite conversation or interest in my dental health. Well I like to think I am a patient person but after that visit I decided to change Dentists. Reading Google reviews I noticed Mesa Dental on Higley had good reviews and was only 2 miles versus 15 miles away so I made a note to schedule a cleaning with them (I go every 3 months) and would advise my current Dentist I would no longer be utilizing their services. As fate would intervene about a month after my cleaning I cracked a crown on the upper right side of my mouth while chewing. I could feel it so I called Mesa Dental and they did an awesome job of making me a new crown. I felt welcomed when I came in and was promptly seen only a minute or two after I arrived over two appointments. To note I do not do well with the X-Rays as I tend to gag when they put that film thing in the back side of my mouth. They were able to get me through it with some numbing solution and quick moving to the switch. I was very appreciative of that effort. Earlier this week I also had a cleaning done by 'Keegan' and she was wonderful. What was interesting is their water jet tool is newer and uses about half the water my prior dentist used. I often felt like I was 'waterboarded' but knew no different. Last comment here is my wife want to get dental implants so she made appointments for estimates and reviewed 3 local Dentists (Mesa Dental being one of them). She decided on Mesa Dental also as she felt most comfortable with the consultation (felt he was more knowledgeable), their estimate was a bit lower, and overall came away with a better friendlier' feeling than the other two offices (place seemed 'cleaner' also). She will have this done starting next week. So I would like to give Mesa Dental a '5' star rating as a new patient I am very pleased with their services - 'night and day' from my prior Dentist. In the waiting room they even have a little cooler with little courtesy bottles of water and Gatorade - nice touch. Sorry to be a bit verbose but wanted to tell the whole story. Jeff H. Mesa

Totally wasted my time all because they couldn't figure out billing and the hygienist got upset I will never come back to this office. This isn't the first issue I've had. There's been multiple issues usually revolved around billing because they can't figure it out. I don't recommend this. Office and I will never return.

The dentists assistant came to get me and she immediately made me feel less anxious by explaining everything to me and reassuring me it will be super easy... not to mention she was super sweet. This was over 10 years ago so the thought of having to have it removed a second time scared the heck outta me. Dr. Dave removed it painlessly! This is day two, I expected to have to take the day off to recover but I feel great! No pain meds needed. I'm shocked! He pulled the wisdom tooth, another rotted molar, filled a cavity, and scrapped some plaque. I'm 39, for 39 years I have feared the dentist. I think Dr.Dave & his office has shown me not to fear the dentist. Thank you all!!
