I have been going to Ultra Smile Dentistry for ten years now. Dr. Ebrahim and his staff have helped me so much over this time period. He's a conservative dentist who never tries to push unnecessary dental work. For example, he doesn't push crowns on my cracked teeth and was real with me about the benefits of getting them or waiting. He is highly passionate about teeth and providing a great customer experience. He always takes the time to explain what is going on, and he'll even show and explain using pictures as the procedures go. He wants his dental work to be perfect for the patient, and he even teaches and mentors dentists in Mexico. The office staff and assistants are always great, and the dental hygienists are top notch. When I first started going here, I lived five minutes away. I have moved 2 times since then, first 20 minutes away and now I'm 35 minutes away. I would like to highly recommend with much enthusiasm and confidence the Ultra Smile Dental team : Dr. Ebrahim and his whole staff, me and my wife Dulce have been coming to Ultra Smile Dentistry for over 4 years now, Everyone from his front office Manager, front desk workers to his Hygienist and dental assistants have all been wonderful and personable to be around. We are house parents at Sunshine Acres Children's Home and for a while now we have been taking our kids their for their dental needs. They all were very happy and content with the extra special care Dr. Ebrahim and his staff give them year in and year out. My wife Dulce was in the Dental field for over 30 years and when she went in to get her teeth cleaned and checked in, she came to me and said Joe these people really know how to do it right. So taking my wife's advice we have both been very pleased and delighted with all our Dental needs over the years. He redid a three unit bridge and partial crown last year no charge because he felt it was not holding up as it should . The most amazing dentist and office staff ever , i am a patient at UltraSmile dentistry and they never cease to amaze me , today i had scheduled two procedures and due to my work schedule and some last minute changes i was not able to complete my second part of what i had scheduled with them , they basically had booked two and a half hours for me , i felt so terrible for not being able to let them know sooner , but they were so amazing and as always incredibly nice , Doctor Ibrahim told me not to worry and we just rescheduled my second procedure, this is exactly why i love them so much , besides the excellent work they do , they always put their patients first , i love this amazing place , i walked out feeling so good as I always do , thank you for being incredible, my most wonderful experience, thank you , thank you , and thank you again read more

I could literally get free dental at work but I am paying $22ish per paycheck just so I can have Dr. E as my dentist. I love this place! Everyone is so nice...The receptionist Erica and my dental hygienist Donna are phenomenal. Super nice and helpful. And of course Dr. E is great. Dr. Ebrahim is hands down the best dentist I have ever had! I recommend him to everyone! I sent my friend to him and he got her in last minute because of an emergency and he saved her tooth! He truly is a master at his craft and I can honestly say I have never felt one shot he's given and I'm a big baby when it comes to mouth shots. I was recommended this office through a co-worker who has been going here for the past 10 years. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received for my first cleaning appointment. The front office staff, my hygienist Reese, and the doctor were very personable, upbeat and attentive. They were very accommodating given that I am 30 weeks pregnant and did not push me to take x-rays until after I gave birth. I also like how they reiterated that they are more conservative with their recommendations instead of pushing you to do unnecessary dental work - which a lot of dental offices do! If you need an appointment they get you in right away - I literally called the day before and they checked my insurance, cleared my appointment with my OB and I was scheduled to come in the next day. You can fill out new patient paperwork online before coming in and not waste any paper. Last but not least, this office is filled with dog lovers. read more

***DON'T SCROLL PAST THIS REVIEW***... MUST READ!!!! Dr. Farid Ebrahim saved my mother's life recently. I owe this man everything for she would have only been 67 and to young to pass on. My mother had a seriously horrible infection in her mouth, no dental insurance, and living on her puny Social Security money that the government gives her monthly. She's disabled as well and can't work She was fainting, badly swollen face, and the infection was spreading throughout her body. She couldn't even eat either. Just oatmeal and yogurt. That almost killed her also for not having enough sodium in her blood. She spent 4 days in the hospital to recover from it. Dr. Ebrahim asked me how my mother was doing at my appointment since I've been going to him since he opened his doors years ago; so I told him. We talk about everything when I'm there. He told me to bring my mother in so he could take a look at her situation. She flew out from Tennesse to see him. First problem was she was TERRIFIED of all dentists her entire life. That's one of the main reasons she was in the predicament she's was in. I know this phobia affects millions of people all over the world. As I brought her in too see Dr. Ebrahim; he sat her down and took a look. He said "you need all your teeth removed or this infection will kill you." Overall Dr. Ebrahim removed over 20 teeth that were broken off above the roots. Mom called them her nubs haha The whole process took 2 days. He spent his own time during business hours to do this. He had to remove every single tooth in her mouth. He did all this out of the kindness of his heart for FREE for her since she didn't have dental insurance or money. Dr. Ebrahim told me "I could have never been able to live with myself if I could have helped save your moms life but didnt". I cried in his office after hearing that. Dr. Ebrahim is the most meticulous, perectionist, gental, caring, knowledgeable, and funny men I have ever met in my life. He truly loves what he does, and is the best around. My mother is no longer scared of dentists!!! So Amazing! Lastly his Assistants & Dental Technicians are absoluty the most amazing people you will ever meet as well. I've been through every service they offer. Erica in the front office always does what she say's she's going to do & so sweet also. I highly recommend Ultra Smile Dentistry to everone and anyone. If your SCARED of the dentist; defenitly go see Dr. Ebrahim. You will no longer be scared. I owe them my heart and soul for saving my mother's life. Better alternatives elsewhere, claimed I several cavities that needed at the least filings before other more costly procedures. Scaremongering tactics aimed to boost his income. I obtained the professional opinion of 2 more senior dentists, both agreed this was grossly overboard. I ran his advice he gave me, mostly inadequate if not lies. My old dentist front office told me that my insurance didn't cover for mouth guard but after this new office checked my insurance cover almost 80%.The office is very nice & clean. I first discovered Dr. Ebrahim when I was living in central Phoenix. He came highly recommended by one of my colleagues, so I bit the bullet and drove out to east Mesa to see him. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I've ever been to. He's a perfectionist and when it comes to doctors and dentists, I definitely want a perfectionist! He does great crowns and makes sure they fit perfectly, so you never end up with food traps. I was a patient here for about 8-9 years and had no issues. Growing up I have never had a cavity till I went in for one of my regular check ups and they told me I had 7. Since I had never had one, I got a second opinion from a different dentist and wound up having 1. I was very disappointed and frustrated that they were that far off.
