I came in for a full shampoo detail for $140 and after 3 hours car was still dirty, no "detail" looked to even take place in my car? I could very clearly tell they used only a shine spray on everything. I complained n said I was not happy I waited another HOUR to redo everything, so I came back n I still was not satisfied everything still looked the same, dirty. No shampooed seats, carpet, none of that, saw them wiping everything with a rag... so you should do your research on somebody who actually "details" your car before wasting money N your car still be dirty!! read more

OK, so I think today was mine and my family's last visit to your car wash. For the past four years, I and my family have been bringing our cars there (a total of four) for our oil changes and car washes and car washes. I did so again this morning and I was one of the first customers there. The gentleman at the oil change section greeted me and was friendly and professional, as always. He did my paperwork and told me he would come see me shortly in the waiting room, so I went inside and sat down. The television was playing Spectrum news. A few more customers entered and sat down and were on their phones and watching the news program. Spectrum News was running a story about some LGBTQ Activities at the LGBTQ center in Los Angeles. A few moments into the program, a staff member walked in with the remote and said "what the fuck is this?" He then stopped and looked at the program for a moment and as soon he realized it was about LGBTQ, he said "oh that figures" and proceeded to change the channel to a college football game. I did ask him "what does that mean?" and stated "we were actually watching that program" I asked him if there was a problem with it being an LGBTQ segment, and he just looked at me and said "whatever", he changed back and walked out. This is 2024, there is no room in any business for any form of bigotry and exclusion of any segment of our community. I will not support a business that does not educate their staff to behave appropriately when faced with diversity. This is not a reflection only on the individual but also on a business that does not address this type of behavior. in the presence of customers. I did mention this to the manager or cashier not sure what her position was, and she kind of chuckled it off and said oh yeah, he shouldn't have done that. I'll talk to him about it. (She knew exactly who the individual is and overheard the interaction). That just wasn't enough. I was not the only one that had an issue with this employee's actions and comments, there were others in the waiting room that agreed that it was very inappropriate. I encourage you as a business to better educate your staff regarding appropriate behavior while they are at the workplace. Although this employee has the right to feel any which way he wants, he should not be imposing his beliefs on your customers. read more

Went to have my car detailed for 200.00. Car was still dirty after waiting 3 hrs. I couldn't believe it was dirty on the inside and outside. Still saw dirt and dog hair. And I was the one who told the guy to clean my trunk , unbelievable. The guy who quoted the price to me was a young Hispanic guy who was rude and needs help learning how to be courteous. Literally one of the worst washes I've ever had for paying $33 dollars. Got the gold package and had assumed since they are always busy that they must have done good work. Well, I was wrong. I just pulled into my driveway to realize that not only did the inside of my car hardly get cleaned but they didn't put my air fresher in or my tire dressing that was suppose to be included in my package. Will never come back. I could have definitely done a better job myself. I should have known I was getting a crappy clean inside when my car that came out after other cars was already done. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. My first time not taking my car to the dealer for an oil change. Paid this place over $130 to change my oil and they didn't put any oil in my car. I've never had my oil light come on before. I checked my oil and it was bone dry-not a drop! I could've ruined my engine! They are absolute trash for this! read more

I've experienced much better here. Last time I was in here I noticed the plastic on the clock face was badly scratched, enough that you can hardly see the numbers with ANY kind of light on it. Pointed it out to the man at check in and he told me that it's the nature of the beast and not their fault. Funny they are the only ones that do anything at all to that surface. When I got back in the car after it was ten times worse. The detailer did not dress the tires until I pointed out that he missed doing them. He then wiped them down with a rag with some stuff on it and said it was done. Didn't speak English so I gave up. One thing I have noticed is that half the time I go there the automatic Under carriage wash and wax applicators don't work and if you don't catch it you're paying for it and not getting the service. Pulled in & NO ONE paid attention. In past years they always had someone ready to attend to you. I waited about 10 whole mins standing there while vacuuming attendants glanced my way every once in a while then I had to approach someone myself AFTER another car just came in and went right through to one of the the vacuum stalls and then one attendant went right to him I'm like helllooooo. I've BEEN waiting! THEN after I approached and was able to let my needs known, I waited about 30mins before they even put my car through the wash area! And that was AFTER I saw them put a couple others in while mine was vacuumed and parked! I had to make my presence known and stand close to the area my car was parked so they would put it into the wash area! Then they put it in the wash area there were 3 guy washers. They were a bit slow. 2 of them young & shootin' the shit, jibber-jabbering while the 1 older man was more focused on getting it washed. Service used to be pretty good here but this place has totally gone down the toilet! TERRIBLE customer service. I cant believe I've been here for an hour now and they are just now drying my car Thankfully the guy dried and wiped it well so I tipped since it wasnt his fault about the others. But they should use some paper seatcovers. This guy left a slight stinch wtf!!? I come down from the Bay Area to Lancaster to see family. This time, my oil needed changing. My tia recommended this place, so along I went. Short story: no fuckery, no upselling, no corner cutting. They changed my oil, filled my tires, refilled my washer fluid, and washed/vacuumed my car. All this for ten dollars less than I pay in the bay for an oil change with a janky service (no car washing, constant upselling/conning). Paid for the silver package and they skipped my car about six times at the vacuum area. I went up to the main guy and asked him to forget the vacuuming and send it to get washed, that also took foreeeeeveeer, as I was getting ready to ask for a refund and skip everything all together they finally washed it, by then it was almost an hour waiting around. I asked the man drying it to just dry the water as much as possible because I had to leave. Absolutely horrid service, glad I don't live in the area, just passing through as my child was having a competition at the high school nearby. read more

I wanted my car washed before heading to a dealership to buy another car. I was looking at trading it in, so I needed it to look really nice and clean. I pulled up at 4:30, with half an hour left before closing. I asked for them to wash, dry, and vacuum the car, plus shampoo the carpets. They said because of the time frame, they did not have time to do the carpets. I understood that, so no worries. They were quick, but not very thorough. I paid $22.99 for the service, but I could have done better. The seats were still dirty and they did not dry the car very well. They seemed rush. As of right now, they are the only full service car wash opened, so I feel they do not put much care into their work due to this factor. I will not go here again. read more

Every time I come and try to use one of the valid coupons from their website, I get told "we're too busy for that". I tried to get a full detail ($150+), dropped the car off and was first in line... "Oh you have a coupon, we're too busy." I come back and try to get a regular wash and all is fine until I show the coupon and then I get hit with "Oh it's going to be like 3 hours".... Just had my car washed if you call it that at Eastside Car Wash & quick lube. I always watch my car being cleaned, this was a joke at best! Did wipe the car blown just let the sun dry it. They didn't even try to clean the bugs off the car from my trip. As I watch them they wiped a few windows with a rag, no cleaner. They didn't even clean or even wipe down the inside windows at all. Okay, first I went to my regular car was on Lancaster Bl. and told that their debit machine wasn't working. So after reading positive reviews on Lancaster Car Wash, I decided to take a chance and check them out. I decided on Gold Package for $16.00. My initial thought was not bad for Hand Wash. As I waited for my wife's Porsche to completed in the very comfortable waiting area complete with tables and a TV, I was summoned that the car was ready. I must say the Porsche looked like it just came from the showroom floor, inside and out. There were no water residue dripping from anywhere. The Porsche was perfect. Now mind you I get the car washed every week so it's not like the car was so dirty that any wash would make a big difference. So I have a car wash to beat all car washes in the AV. And this is the one. You will not be disappointed. I'm only giving it 4 Stars because I've only been there once. If I see consistency then Definitely it will get the fifth Star from me. read more

I even cleaned out all of my trash. when I went to claim my car I found out that they never even vacuumed my car ! well, that's not correct. let me say they did a half assed job of vacuuming my car! they did not take out my mats so I still had stuff underneath my mats and my back seats. read more
