Lol The membership made since since I travel a lot so I just hit the wash at least weekly so it like I pay 7.50 or less per wash! I didn't notice until I got my windshield replaced and had to get a new sticker. I called customer service, and they refused to offer me ANY refund for the second, unnecessary plan. Whenever I drive out to Lancaster to run my errands, I always stop at this car wash to get a quick wash. The prices are all pretty decent like any other drive thru car wash would have. The people are really nice who work there and are always right there to help you pay. This car wash is kind of just a hit or miss. Sometimes my car will look spotless, other times there might be some water spots on the top of my car or the back of my car, but I'm not really complaining, you get what you pay for here. This place is horrible for newer cars. The machines scratch the paint. They leave swirl marks everywhere. The marks are not noticeable on light colored cars unless you look closely. Do not take any dark colored vehicles there. If you care about your cars paint go to a place where they hand wash vehicles. The brushes had a lot of force spinning when the driver side brush went over my driver side mirror it popped it backwards when I went to fix it it popped and just was loose swinging back and forth I did a incident report. Last year my 2006 Honda Accord was damaged while be washed, the hood was completely crushed and the windshield was shattered, the broken machine stopped about 6 inches from my wife's face. Well they had the car repaired, but who ever repaired it did not replace the Emissions Label back under the hood. California law states that the Emission label needs to be under the hood giving the smog tech, the correct information, to smog the car !!! Sadly paying $22 for what seems like the best car wash is certainly not. I'm happy I paid someone's hourly wage to stand there and be friendly. The drive through is quick, and my car wasn't really "clean". I have no problem with a diy car wash, but at the bare minimum at least give good washes, maybe a bag for trash or car scents. Idk, inflation is awful for everyone but the very least a company can do is make sure it's quality is matching and this location sadly is not. As a compliment, the gentleman who helped me was kind and the vacuums actually work here, and this is a step in the right direction. I hope everyone takes the time to read this I've been coming to this place for over a year and never had any problems in the tunnel until today. I came from the dealership Toyota of ave k straight to mister, before heading to mister I was getting my car inspected and getting an estimate of two small dents on the side of my car, and before heading out of the dealership I went over my car with the technician at the dealership I got my report from them and headed straight to mister about a mile down. I go through the tunnel and as soon as I get out of my car i immediately notice these scratches on the top driver side of my car I immediately bring this to the general managers attention and the first thing he says is "I'm going to be honest with you I'll do the claim but I'm going to deny it " this car is not even a month old, it has less than 2500 miles The general manager "Jesus Martínez" didn't even want to give me the number to corporate saying that I was going to waste my time calling them became was still going to deny it. I said well can't you look at the camera he said for what I'm still going to deny the claim.I hope corporate sees this and does something about my car. Very disappointed, been a customer ever since they opened the "cruze thru" and I have 4 vehicles with the $30 memberships and they claim its previously damaged prior to going in the tunnel. It definitely wasnt missing the fog lamp bezel and the bumper wasnt popped off and the plastic wheel liner was not broken off the bumper. They denied my claim and said they say it was previous damage yet they won't show me the pictures or videos of it going in the tunnel. You think they would offer a little compensation for the issue but the GM and DM didn't seem to care that I've been al long time customer and that I was canceling my 4 memberships. read more

The wash system doesn't have good air pressure and leaves too much water on the car. They get pissed off & yell at you if you use the vacuum to remove little bits of water from the areas around the mirrors that their air blowers miss. I won't be going back there anymore. The new car wash in Lancaster has an air hose near the vacuums, so you can blow off the little bits of water around the mirrors. read more

Be careful to check your car after you go through the car wash! I was told that the damage to my car was not due to anything that the brushes or anything else did to my car! Today! I went through the drive through wash to get rid of bird poop on my car! I had to go through twice! The first time I went through did not get the rest poop off my car! I noticed scratches on the drivers side of the car and those scratches were not there! I had just been at the Mister Car Wash yesterday! One of the workers took photos and my name and number! This place blows. New ownership took over a few years ago and they've been cutting corners ever since. When I went through yesterday I watched an employee pick up a license plate from inside the actual wash. When I got though the wash amd pulled over to the vacuums I checked my license plate and it was bent and the frame was broken. I went to tell an employee about it. The first guys ignored me completely and the second guy acted like he could care less. He was activelly twiddling his thimbs at me when all I was trying to do was let them know their machine was ruining and ripping off license plates. Wont be going back again. They first denied that their machine caused it (which is impossible because it's a new car)& then said that "Since your mirror is still attached to your car we can't do anything about it." I had good results when this car wash was under a different name. Now, terrible. My car wasn't that dirty, mainly bugs on the front end and a bit of dirt. It still remains. The vacuums hardly work. We have a monthly membership to Mister and are satisfied with the service. If we ever feel the vehicle isn't clean enough we can go back through. About half the time we go through a second time. The vaccuums are generally sufficient but could use a little more power to be great. The trash cans are emptied frequently and we've always been able to use them. They seem to be continuously looking to provide a better service and we appreciate that they're sensitive to customer feedback. I decided to try the unlimited car wash for $19.99 a month in Sept 2019. I found out later that they had charged me five times. I came back to resolve with the manager, but he said the corporate office would have to resolve. When I contacted them they claimed only one charge was charged, so I file a dispute with my bank. I then tried to resolve with the car wash, and they were not apologetic but found the charges. They agreed to return my funds to my bank account. When I tried to use the car wash service they had cancelled my service, but had charged me from Nov 10 to Dec 10. I had to contact their corporate and they were rude and acted like it wasn't problem. They told me that I needed to give them $79.96 because my gunk had taken money from them and I gad received payment twice. I assured them that was not the case and that they just needed to respond to the bank. Today, Dec. 2, I contacted my bank to cancel the monthly payments and was informed that the car washes bank was holding the funds and not my bank. They asked why I had not cancelled before. I informed them that I first thought it a mistake, but now I see they are callous, don't care and unprofessional. I am not the only one thus has happened to and since they refuse to look into the situation and address it or correct it, it is clearly major incompetence or theft of many customers. Hey! I'm leaving this car wash right now and I was absolutely satisfied with the way an issue I had was resolved. I washed my car and was vacuuming it when I decided to go purchase armor all and a little tree scent for my car. I paid 2 dollars and the armor all was dispensed but the little tree scent wasn't. I was bummed out so I told Karina who was nearby me and she promptly got her superior to come assist me. She was very kind and assured me they would do what we could. Daisy came up to the machine first banged on the machine and when it didn't dispense she said "that's not our company so we aren't gonna be able to do anything" she referred me to a number and began to walk away. Dylan walked up with a sense of urgency and told me "hey man no problem. I might have an extra one lying around let me see if I can help you". He QUICKLY retrieved and gave me my little tree scent. Jokes on me, I just paid $20 to wash my own car, well played Mister Car Wash, well played. I fully acknowledge that I should have done more research, that's on me, but they've got quite a racket set up there. When I pulled up I thought that I was having my car washed, not driving through a machine that I could have paid $7 for at Circle K, again that's on me, the part that really gets me is the different prices that you pay for the exact same experience as if you had paid for the cheapest option. I rolled up and the guy standing there was very friendly, I told him it was my first time and he went over the options with me, I got The Platinum, which was supposed to be all the bells and whistles, tire clean, wheel polish, Carnauba wax, repel shield, and a bunch of other crap, now I'm still thinking that someone is washing my car so 20 bucks seems like a really good deal....wrong. After I pay he says to pull up and when the dude at the next section tells me to move forward I'm supposed to put my car in neutral and keep my foot off the brake, at this point I'm still thinking someone will be vacuuming, drying, doing my tires, and all that good stuff I just paid for....maybe after I drive it through? As I'm moving along to the next section, I realize there is an express lane for people with memberships, this is where I started to realize what was going on, stick with me it gets a little confusing. Now I paid, but it took me a second to get moving along, you know women have to put their crap back in their purses and such, so the guy in the membership lane actually did his thing after me, but made it ahead of me in the line for the machine. I noticed that the dude at the enter the machine section did guide you in, but that's it, he didn't push any special buttons or make any adjustment, there was nothing to indicate what I just paid for being either the cheapest or the most expensive, and I doubt very seriously that the big ole car washing machine does anything different to any of the cars, there is absolutely no way it could know who paid for what! If I'm wrong, I'd love to hear exactly how the machine knows which car wash to administer to each individual vehicle, based on how my car looked after the approximately 3 minute cycle I'm fairly confident that there is no difference. If you're looking for a drive through car wash with pretty decent vacuums that are free this place will work for you, but definitely get the cheapest option available or you'll just be throwing your money away. read more

Today I had quite the experience at Mister Car Wash in Lancaster. As I went to vacuum out my car the hose accidentally caught onto the lanyard of my key. It unfortunately vacuumed up part of my key . I spoke to the customer reps that were there at the time and it became a tricky situation because they had to turn off the vacuums, to search the manifolds for part of my key . They did this without hesitation or reservation. We did find the part needed. However it didn't work and I had to get my car towed. Nonetheless I appreciate the friendliness and fast pace of Mister car wash customer service team. I just became a monthly member at the beginning of this month and I am more than happy to continue my membership there. read more
