She told me to come on through again, if all the dirt didn't come off, no charge. My car was filthy bc of mud and dust was caked on like cement. Pulled in to the wash area and presented my receipt. Two friendly gentleman greeted me and scrubbed the front of my car and the wash started. I vacuumed my car, great suction, included in purchase. When I don't go to my regular spot this is my go-to. This is a classic drive-thru car wash. It totally reminds me of back in the day what I was growing up in the '70s. I came here solo today. However, I highly recommend that you load up the family and spend some great quality time together. At the finale the family will be put to go use.... They just don't know it. Lol! They can dry off the windows and vacuum. This place is economical and you can't beat the price. For $8, I can drive my car through and have it washed and then vacuum it myself and dry off the excess water. I usually only come here when I have time and if not I just take it to a regular expensive ass car wash. My only recommendation is to bring towels because they will charge you for some. This used to be THE BEST car wash in the AV and I thing due to all the inflation it has suffered. Over the years the vacuums have quickly gotten less power. They used to have a punch card that they no longer accept as I was told by an employee. Recently the Ultimate Wash went up to $15 which is reasonable, but once we went through the wash, it pushes you out so fast you barely get a dry, and the car has tons of dirt still remaining on it. I regularly wash my vehicle so there is no built up gunk or anything abnormal. Also the machines that offer you additional cleaning products is always broken or empty. The wash just isn't as powerful and the quality is slipping. read more

The water quality at this car wash is horrible I went through the car wash and after the water spots on the car you could tell the water wasn't filtered and after I went back through and told the gentleman at the front about their water and, he said he knew about it and told his manager..... shouldn't they het this fixed instead of charging people for getting something they are not. I've been trying to give this place a chance the past couple months but they keep going downhill. Last year the basic express car wash was about six dollars and they would even wipe down the cars at the end. Now, not only do the air driers leave cars with visible droplets, they don't offer to wipe it down to make up for it, the vacuums don't really work, I've seen people who didn't pay for a car wash hog the vacuum parking spaces, and now the basic express car wash is nine dollars. A three dollar increase in one year for a place like this is ridiculous. Very disappointed, as this was my go-to car wash until this week. read more

I've been going to M1 car wash since they opened. Their system does a good job of cleaning the car. The brushes are soft and they have a spot free rinse. They also have covered parking for drying the car with free vacuums to clean inside. And there's a McDonald's next door. They also have an oil change building on site. read more

They incorporated new employees with towel drying after you exit the car wash. I think this is a great idea and very helpful for people who don't want to get out of their cars and do it themselves. So last month my debit card was stolen and it's a card I do not use for anything but my rent so I was shocked to find that this location has been charging me every month for almost 2 years for their all you want wash service after explaining its only for a month and that I would have to come in and renew every month. Then to add injury to insult. They charge me every 2 weeks for my car wash on top of the monthly fee. so an additional 28 dollars a month on top of the fee they were charging me then the bank starts looking into it during the fraud investigation and discovers they were even charging me the $18 month while they were closed for covid!!!! Contacted the Assistant Manager about the situation and they gave me a hard time about it and told me i signed a contract with them _ no i didn't sign anything- then he offered to have the manager call me about the paperwork I supposedly signed but I didn't and about the authorization during covid closures. Who's going to pay someone for service they don't get? Bad enough the machines took off my fender moldings the second day I had my truck and $300 to replace them then I over pay them $600 for car washes I never got. Over a month later and manager still has not called back and either he's not in when I call or they dont answer the phone during regular business hours. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Went once and won't go back. Paid $10 for a car wash and now have $220 worth of damage to my car that they won't cover. Lost the side plastic piece to my door when I entered the drying portion. They saw on camera that it was on the entire time until the dryer made it fall off. They say they have to assume it was loose before I entered the car wash. I know that piece was not loose. Filed the damage report immediately after it happened on May 1 and no one ever called me back. I had to call every few days and get told someone will call you back later today. Never got a single call from anyone there. I called again today (almost 2 weeks later), to get an update and asked if I could at least have the part back to my car. They don't have it! Guess they decided to throw my car part away! Poor business and customer service! read more

Had very bad experience I took my brand new GMC Terrain there to get it washed first time there. The machines inside stopped when they came back on my car jerked when came out to hand dry I found several bad scratches on my car one on the hood of the car and several scratches on the side by the front right tire. It was ok nothing crazy it gets the job done but I was expecting it to look much cleaner I took my ram 1500 and it's been a while since I had it cleaned. Nice people for sure they had me go through twice since the guy couldn't get both sides cleaned so that was cool of him so after getting cleaned again I pull up to the vacuum area to check everything out and I see a lot of water spots and my rims were still dirty I was expecting more. I'd rather go to royal car wash it's located on Palmdale boulevard and I rather get my car/truck washed there they have people who do everything for you they will vacuum your interior really nice and also do like detail work inside and out you for a really good price so yea I won't be back that's for sure read more

Wow. Really rude manager. I was told that my card would be charged for the month, not on going. Do NOT give them you're credit card number! Their customer service sucks and wouldn't even budge to credit my card when I called in. The charge was yesterday and I won't be using it or going back up to Lancaster anytime soon. Yesterday Saturday I drive all the way from Quartz Hill to the M1 car wash on Valley Central Way. The website said they open at 7 am And that they where open . I got there at 8am and no one was there. I hung around until 830am and when up to the attendant who said to me " somebody called in sick , so we're not going to open until9am.
