I reached out on Yelp for a project regarding cost to vault a ceiling of a potential house I was considering to buy. Someone on the team said that they could come at 11am for a site visit. I asked once again on Yelp to confirm they were coming. I had heard that I would need advice from a structural engineer, and they said yes. Then, I called them directly again, to verify if the manager would be able to speak on the structural feasibility of the project. After calling the manager's number provided by the receptionist multiple times, there was no answer - maybe he was on the job. However, when my husband called AD Master again, he was able to reach someone and when he asked about the site visit, they said they didn't have our appointment on the books. We had to schedule once again on the phone. Long story short, someone did come (at 10am, not the agreed time) and they thought they were there for a deck repair. To be honest, he just seemed uncomfortable to have showed up to the wrong job site and didn't contribute much - no estimate of cost or work was shared by him. I liked the quality of work I saw on the photos, but would not likely hire them due to the poor communication so far. Edit response to AD Master: After speaking with your customer service agent, Viky, she shared that many of your employees do not speak English as a first language, causing the miscommunications. I am glad you are taking this seriously moving forward to improve the experience for future customers. As a result, I will raise my review to 3 stars. I don't know how or why he came to that conclusion in our brief phone conversation, but I told him I wasn't looking for the "cheapest", I was looking for the best solution. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.

They listened to our concerns, came up with a plan. We could not be happier! Besides bathrooms, we were going to have them do our flooring- carpet to LV. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. We opted for carpet. They hauled all of the LV back down three flights. Zero complaints. Happy to do whatever was in our best interest! Simon also said that estimate would take a couple of days to fine tune (versus other contractors who seemed to just throw out a number). 3) Simon immediately came across as a person with integrity and good communication skills. Our experience with Simon and his team: 1) Impeccable communication throughout the process. No leaving us in the dark, and always responsive to our questions. Simon responds to texts and emails right away. 2) Consistent work schedule. Once the project started, his team was at the house for 10 hours daily, 5 to 6 days per week. I had Final Touch Showroom fix a solarium, which was damaged by water, with a lot of rotten wood in…read moremany places. I had another company look at this, but they would have degraded the solarium by extending the roof in a way that would have diminished the value of my house. Final Touch Showroom came in and appreciated the value of the existing setup and came up with a proposal that preserves one of the most unique parts of my house. The design met my expectations. The quality of the work was good. They did struggle a little bit on timing, but the communication was good throughout the project. Before the project was done, there was a minor water leak discovered, and they were out here the same day with a large crew and they fixed it, even though it meant taking apart a lot of what they had been working on. They have one skilled painter who has a finer eye for detail than any other workman I've interacted with. He came back multiple days because the rain was interfering with his paint job, and he redid some pieces of work that others completed in a less diligent manner. The end result is I can trust what they've done. Cost-wise, they weren't the cheapest, but they are an established business with insurance, and they do things right. And they went above & beyond expectations with design suggestions, and they threw in some vacuuming and yardwork as well to ensure the house stayed clean and the yard was presentable. Sharon and Liam were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for a complex home remodelling project.
