10/10 would here again. Amenities were clean and spacious, though didn't check bathrooms. But Friday 2 hour play for $8 cannot be beat.

Eastside Paddle is a fantastic indoor court located right off Airport Boulevard in East Austin. It's pretty similar in structure to most other courts where you can both walk in or reserve. We're not too sure how busy it gets here but would still recommend reserving anyways. The parking lot out front is pretty tiny but we got lucky with a spot, just expect to circle once or twice if needed. The inside is very nice and so was the front desk person. Reserving was a tad tricky online but check-in was a breeze. They do offer both indoor and outdoor courts so keep that in mind when you book for options sake. The courts themselves are great. Very clean and well maintained with a side area for bags or anything you don't want on your person. The whole vibe of this place is very Austin, in a good way. They have an upstairs area where it looks like you can hang out as well as ping pong tables out front. This feels like a very community driven place if we've ever seen one. Eastside Paddle Club is a great place to reserve a court and play some pickleball and if not for living up near The Domain this would probably be our go to spot. If you're in the East Austin area and unsure about where to start your pickleball journey then look no further. This is the place to go! read more

I had the pleasure of attending an ATX women's event here at EastSide Paddle Club (ESPC)! I had a wonderful time. Our event was located on the rooftop where there's 4 courts and downstairs has 6 indoor courts, with incredible lighting it honestly mimics a nice outdoor setting. ESPC is spacious and filled with plenty of people coming & going all day! ESPC offers memberships and open play hours for beginners like myself. You can tell most people that come here are very skilled though so it can be intimidating! ESPC also gives the option for booking a personal coaching should you desire that. The front parking lot is shared with various over businesses and parking is tight. Thankfully there's a back lot with ample free parking space :) read more

I've been coming here quite a bit almost a year after they opened. I come in as a guest since my friend has the founders membership. They have regular open play scheduled, and they separate higher levels to lower levels but it's not regulated. However, you can clearly see which courts are which by watching the games, and also the vibe - just like any other challenge courts in public parks. Overall, can't complain about anything besides the acoustics here. Pickleball is loud enough as it is, but everything here echoes and it gets overwhelming, or I start to feel overstimulated sometimes. The players/members are cool, but there's definitely some separation between the higher and lower levels. Members can use their office spaces to do some work between pickleball, and their bathrooms have showers. They usually have events held here, both by the club or other vendors and companies. I'm sure it's quickly become a top Eastside Austin spot for the active people! read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Eastside Paddle Club was disappointing enough that I feel a responsibility to share it. When I joined, the club was pitched to me as a social club for all levels of play--a place to meet people, socialize after games, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere. In reality, none of that turned out to be true. The "social" aspect simply doesn't exist. The bar was sold as members could drink and hang there after games, not true! It's only there for private events, the vibe wasn't welcoming, and there was no community feel. One of the main reasons I joined was to connect with others after playing, and that opportunity was nowhere to be found. The level of play is heavily skewed toward high intermediate and advanced players. That would be fine if the club was upfront about it. But they actively promote themselves as beginner- and intermediate-friendly, which is incredibly misleading. If you're newer to the game or looking for casual play, this is not the place for you. I went to open play for intermediate and there are only two courts for this and we got kicked off for a corporate event after an hour. Scheduling is also chaotic and poorly managed. Unlike other clubs in town (like Austin Pickle Ranch), which have clear, consistent schedules and level-specific court designations, Eastside feels disorganized and unstructured. You never really know what to expect when you show up. The worst part? When I brought up these concerns and requested to cancel my membership, the manager flat-out refused to let me out of it--despite the fact that the experience didn't match what was sold to me. I ended up being forced to pay for two months of a membership I wasn't using, simply because they were unwilling to take accountability for the false advertising. The customer service was rigid, dismissive, and unhelpful. Bottom line: Eastside Paddle Club looks nice on the surface, but it completely fails to deliver on its promises. If you're considering joining, I recommend spending your money elsewhere--somewhere with transparency, actual community, and basic respect for its members. read more

This pickleball club is awesome!! Their membership pricing is great considering all the perks you get like reserved courts at no extra charge. I went on a Sunday morning and it was not busy at all. I hear nights get busy, but everyone I met there was super nice so socializing could be ok. The place has so many courts and amenities. It has a bar upstairs, showers, lockers, and a small seating area downstairs. The best thing is they set the AC temp at 68, so it's cool while you workout. Other indoor clubs have been hot! I highly recommend this pickleball club I've any other I've been to in Austin! read more

ESPC is a great place to find a community, a group of people and friends! The inside is super cool, a lounge spot, a bar up top and now they have rooftop pickleball courts! The courts are well taken care of and the workers are extremely helpful. It's truly a place to get your workout in but also to sit back, relax, and get your shit done!
