The sprinkler system was on and the pipe that had been fixed was gushing water. We called Autumn Rain for over 2 weeks and never got a call back. They eventually blocked all of our numbers. A very cordial message was left every 2 days for a 10 day period and no response. We still gave them the benefit of being on vacation or extremely busy. We waited a week and called them 2 more times both times leaving a message. Still no response. At that point we realized that we paid them for nothing and hired a competent repair company to come out and fix the system. We paid 2 companies full price to have one repair completed.
