Moira, their florist was incredibly helpful and understanding. She took a really bad situation and turned into into a wonderful experience. Within the hour I not only Placed my order and had the flowers delivered, it they called her to make sure she'd be there and even sent me a photo of the bouquet that they put together for her which was absolutely stunning. I will never go to 800-Flowers ever again, and while my girlfriend continues to live where she does, I will always be using Flowers by Whisconier. Compassionate, efficient and service with a smile .
