She kept everything and everybody on track, and there wasn't even the slightest hiccup of any kind throughout the entire day. Our parents initially weren't entirely on board with the idea of a day-of coordinator, but relented after the day went so smoothly. Folks have complained that Cinderella For A Day "walked out" and was "unprofessional", however, from the moment Cinderella arrived at the event they were met with an inebriated, belligerent and verbally abusive father of the bride. Throughout the day the situation worsened and culminated with the father of the bride and his son attacking several of the staff, including the owners husband, my husband and I myself was punched in the throat by the father of the bride. Karen and jay-the owners of the company called the police and evacuated all of Cinderella For A Day employees for their own safety. This event was a tragedy for the bride and groom, at the fault of the poor woman's father and brother. Hopefully the father and brother have enrolled in a 12 step program for sobriety and anger management.

Sure enough it was so cheaply made it seemed like it would collapse if gently bumped, and it was filthy. We cleaned it thoroughly inside and out in preparation for use, but we were too grossed out to use it. When I returned it and explained that we hadn't used it, that the equipment was dirty and rusty, the lady's excuse was that it was the end of the season. When I explained that we didn't use it because it was gross, and that we would appreciate a refund, she was unapologetic and said "we don't do refunds". Maybe this was an isolated incident regarding the equipment condition, but the customer service is definitely lacking.

My engagement party was 9/30/17. I corresponded completely through emails and was quoted a price that included everything I need, even taxes and delivery. All items were named in the email. I was caught off guard when the price went significantly up upon arrival of the tables and chairs. I made multiple phone calls but the office wasn't open and the delivery men had to leave so I paid them and wrote on the contract I was quoted a lower price and told that they could reverse money from the office. After calling non stop all day I finally received a call back and they advised it was the fault of the man who was handling my account and if I wanted the money back it would have to come from his pocket personally because he quoted me wrong. The man called me to apologize and I spoke with him twice but never received my $70 resimbursement. I feel that was incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation and it was never resolved. For these reasons I don't recommend using the company for cheating me out of the price I was quoted, quality and customer service over all. Many of friends are getting married and hosting parties and I have told them all to stay away.
