Art and Jason came out, gave a fair quote and worked through the best option to re-run new pipe. Worked me in fairly quickly to minimize water bill costs, their field crew was great and worked through some brutally cold weather to get it done. There was actually an issue a few days later when the weather warmed up with a big rain and the backfill in my driveway settled way more than anticipated. I emailed, Jason had his crew come out a few hours later, and issue was solved. This was after the bill was already paid, so it's a good sign to me of how they run their business and care about quality/service. I'm in the construction industry and wish half the companies responded / performed as well and showed the care that ADB does.

The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed. When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal. PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didn't bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with. One of the tables had a leg that didn't work so we didn't even use that one. This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.

We simply gave him the schedule and locations for our wedding day, and he took it from there. It is invaluable working with a vendor who you trust because there are so many other things to think about during the planning process. Throughout the course of the day, Chris did his thing without getting in the way of us or our guests. We barely knew he was there except for the fact that him and the other cameraman actually got in our photo booth and signed our guest book! That about sums up how fun and wonderful he is to work with! As far as our wedding video goes, Chris captured the complete essence of our day.
