I couldn't have done it without them You collected $800.00 core deposit fee on my old motor that Carshield and myself invested into being fixed.So I don't see where it was free. You pu.t a engine in from your wife's choice auto zone and it was a failure and you replaced it not once but twice ! I was told it was coming from somewhere else. I wouldn't have allowed a AutoZone motor. But your wife was employed with them once..I called and told Rosie your wife that the engine light is still on. She told me on a couple of calls she would see when you're available to look at it. I didn't ever receive those calls..I called and left messages. You both took me for a ride and you had the truck for what seem to be a year or longer..the engine light still comes on to this day. I pray you do better work on transmissions than you do Motors..It's good to hear you speak up? Everything went through your wife only. I'm surprised you didn't let her speakl for you this time too..Lesson well learned..

Came to this shop to replace an alternator and here are my pros and cons:…read more Pros: --they're nice here --prices are reasonable --they're honest --they fixed what I came for originally --they tried to make it right each time they messed up Cons: --the tensioner broke off requiring a new alternator, tensioner, and AC compressor after 2 days of the work being done --they took 2 weeks to fix the car leading to hundreds of dollars of rental and Ubers for me to go to work --communication was terrible, me and my husband had to keep calling because they wouldn't --they lost my wheel lock and key while working on my car, and while they replaced the wheel lock and key it was the wrong size. I had to go back and forth to the dealer to get my other locks off which cost me $160 All in all, I felt the quality of service and attention to detail was not there, and that lead to more headache. I've never serviced my car anywhere where they lost my wheel key and that did not call you about updates. 1 month later the alternator sounds fine and glad at least the work is done.

Instead of just resetting the codes, they actually fixed the root cause, replaced the sensor, and walked me through how to drive the car to reset the vehicle's computer monitors. I took it back to the smog station yesterday and it finally passed!! They were honest, didn't try to upsell me on random parts, and made to process very smooth. Highly recommend them.
