I went in for my A/C it was only blowing cold air on the passenger side of the car. Caesar told me that it only needed a recharge and charged me for the AC refrigerant and labor. We went to (from LA) Vegas to enjoy a music festival and our car broke down on a Friday night. After stressing and calling around we realized most shops were closed until Monday. We called Zavala Complete Auto Care. We explained the situation to Cesar and he said we could have our car towed to his shop on a Saturday. He assured us our car would be fine and he would check it asap on Monday. Cesar is the best and very trustworthy. If you're on a visit or if you live in vegas this is the place to go for honest reliable mechanic work. Our Ford Flex needed an alternator, a drive belt, and battery. Took my car in for an oil change and front brake pads. Upon completion, my vehicle was leaking oil. Took it back the next day, they said the person who changed the oil last stripped my oil pan. After explaining that my car was not leaking oil when I brought it in so it was them who did the oil change incorrectly, the did tighten the screw and stop the leak. Fast forward a couple days my brakes started grinding, took it back and they say that how Jeeps sound. After taking my car to another repair shop, I'm now out of pocket for brakes and rotors. read more

So I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change it was 50 dollars. When I came to redeem my Groupon there were to men in service neither on speaking English very well. I showed them my Groupon for an oil change that included 5 quarts of oil. They then in return asked me to go and purchase my own oil and bring my car back in to hours. When I showed them that the oil was included and I should not have to purchase additional oil they then told meh they were closing in an hour and could not accommodate me. Needless to say they saw a single mother and tried to take advantage when they couldn't they no longer wanted to service my vehicle! read more

I brought my 7 series BMW in for them to take a look at the brakes since I thought they needed to be replaced because of the squealing. I met with the owner he checked the brakes he said there's plenty of life and then I didn't need them and was completely honest and upfront. The only thing I needed was some brake fluid which he help me with and completed that small repair. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and I would definitely recommend. read more

So I called 3 shops and 2 mobile mechanics and although they weren't the cheapest I found they were right there prices with an unlicensed mobile mechanic and after talking to Cesar I knew that Zavala would be where I would be going. We had a horrible experience here first took it in for a clanking noise when i picked it up and paid 2100 dollars i had to take it right back was so much worse than when i brought it. Know their saying its the transmission which took them over 2weeks, to get it back the first time, get my car back and axle freezes up i could of got into an accident. so i get it towed back to them know they have my car for 8weeks that's 2 months no car!!! Finally get the car back nervous to drive it after every time i get it back its worse so i go it it inspected and checked out loose bolts and they tell us it should of been a 200 dollar job not the 4800 that we paid them.. These guys take advantage of women don't return your calls so unprofessional besides taking advantage of a senior citizen. so please find a different mechanic this was so unfair how they took advantage of people and lie we deserve our money back !!!! This place was a gem, Not only were they fast and very reasonable in price, they broke it down for you on what was needed and didn't beat around the bush. This auto service was a great experience especially with how Vegas can be when it comes to other auto repair scamming you on the basics. Meineneke wanted 3k for repairs versus the 1k I spent with a few more services added. I waited to give a review to see if my car held up. Zavala's Auto shouldn't be trusted! My husband and I purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 from Caesar Zavala and were naive in thinking we made the right choice out of all the trucks we had been looking at. He is a mechanic who owns his own shop , of course the truck will run great. NOPE! We were duped. After 2-3 days the truck was running horrible and we called and made an appointment to come in. Zavala had the truck overnight and said nothing was wrong. We took it home and it started to break down badly. Zavala didn't want to respond or fix the issue even if we were now paying customers. We took it to another place and found out what a lemon it was. There hadn't been so much as an oil change on this truck in YEARS. Problems with a lifter. Old decrepit battery, tires that all had to be replaced within a month. Bad camshafts. Bad fuel pump. Etc. The list of issues has been costly ($4,500 so far) and it's not finished. We've only had the truck about 4 months and we feel like we were totally ripped off by a deceiving, untrustworthy mechanic. Thinking a mechanic shop owner would have taken good care of his own vehicle was a mistake we won't make again. If his own truck (he owned it for years) was that bad, and he didn't want to fix any of it even after we purchased it, I can't imagine how bad he is with other peoples vehicles.,,,, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Zavala's Auto Care!!
