I brought my vehicle in thinking I was dealing with a straightforward issue, but the quote I received left a bad taste in my mouth. The parts listed were things you can easily price out yourself, and the markup on them felt excessive. I understand shops need to make a profit, but this didn't feel like a reasonable margin, it felt like straight-up price gouging. On top of that, nothing about the explanation gave me confidence that they were trying to help me find the most cost-effective solution. It came across more like they were taking advantage of the situation rather than being transparent and fair. I'm all for paying for quality work, but there's a difference between fair pricing and inflating costs because you can. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before committing here. I have had my oil changed several times at this location because I always get great service and it is close to me in the valley. Brad and Chris have always been very accommodating for my schedule. Unfortunately, had my oil changed yesterday (2/1/24) by Ken and it was sloppily done. While driving the vehicle away it started to smoke, especially while sitting at a stop light. Pulled into a parking lot and opened the hood and smoke started rolling out. At that point noticed a large spill of oil from the fill spout down the engine block. Called and Brad and explained what was going on, took it back so they could clean the mess made by Ken. We know spills happen, but cleaning up after such a spill is the sign of someone who cares about the work that they do. I will definitely be back, but only if Ken does not do a simple oil change. read more

Awesome service had this monstrosity happen out of no where had to find a shop with a lift right away to get it off the tow truck Brad and the boys got it up and off there immediately fixed up great!! Last minute also I told him just go ahead with other side to insure not to happen again. Boom no problem done same day as expected with the extra work. I went here for a wheel alignment on 05/04/18 after getting new tires and recommendation from Discount Tires on 04/30/18. The shop had my car for an hour because that is how long the guy said it would take. When I showed up to retrieve my car I was informed that I they could not do my alignment because I needed new struts. He then quotes me an estimate for the wrong car!! After he gives me the correct estimate I am then charged $40 because my car was placed on the lift and evaluated. I was highly upset and payed the man anyways. Afterwards I take my car to my mechanic whom I trust and has worked on my car multiple time check my struts and he said they're no issues with my struts that would cause refusal of a wheel alignment. I just left Big O and they completed my alignment with no complaints. Thank you Express Auto Care for nothing!! You made an easy $40. You're welcome. read more

I just moved here from Phoenix and needed a new tire. I went to discount tire and they recommended me here for an alignment so I went. They put my car on the lift and checked it out then sent me a link through text message. On the website it had pictures and videos of everything that was good and bad. He could not do my alignment because I needed a camber bolt for my passenger side (same side I had to replace my tire because of wear and tear). He charged me $40 for looking at the car. I also needed my CV axle replaced. They fixed both and put the $40 they charged me earlier towards the cost to fix both items. The owner is extremely nice and straight forward (extremely hard to come by now a days). Highly recommend this place! read more

The worst place ever if you like being ripped off go here. I took my 2006 Chrysler Sebring in for a water housing outlet that had been leaking. I took my own part in. Well they screwed in the sensor to tight and busted the part. I took it back just to be told that they put a new sensor on and that I had to pay for it. There was no new sensor on the car in fact they made it worse and then said that my part was defective. Which it was after they stripped the sensor. Anyways they said that I would have to buy a new part and pay another 180 for labor. I took it somewhere else after I seen the whole sensor thing and how they lied to me. I took my car to get the air conditioning fixed and the oil changed they broke the oil screw they wanted $44 to fix it they filled my air conditioning and tell me if it leaks bring it back no there was nothing about it with my hoses it just needs to be recharged these guys told me my hoses are no good and there's a leak but they charge me $140 now they want $300 to fix the hose I told him you should have said something before you start it now you want $300 more I told them where they could stick it both hoses with sand up yours read more

The people are amazing my husband and i took our 98 dodge durango we just bought in for the ac to be charged they told us $149 we agreed and they said 20 mins. We went and ate came back and they guy who was doing our ac accidentally poked a home in our radiator hose so they ordered another one free of charge and replaced it and i was still able to get to workon time. When i went to pay we only paid $140 for the ac charge now our truck blows ice cold!!! We will be going there again for sure and we will recommend them to our friends and family!!!!! read more

DANGER DO NOT ENTER !!!!!! is what this place should be called !!! or EXPRESS MESS UR CARS UP !!! this place took in my 1996 toyota , for problems on starting , which this truck is my work truck, they kept my truck for 3 days then returned it to me with the same problem, they told me they couldn't figure out the problem , Thanks for nothing EXPRESS AUTO , 3- days for that !!!!! After 8 months i decided to give EXPRESS AUTO another chance with my Classic 1987 oldsmobile Cutlass ,Which just had a $34,000 dollar restoration done top to bottom , I came in to have them do a simple transmission gasket change car had no transmission problems just a gasket leak , 2 hrs later i get a call saying my Transmission pan is no good ,they want to put a new Aluminum transmission pan,so i said yes if thats what can fix the leak, $150 dollars later leak was fixed , take car home , next day drives my classic car 30 miles an hour down nellis and !!! POP !! transmission burnt out !!! EXPRESS AUTO had replaced my original pan with a 2 inch deeper pan than the original pan ,and did not put a longer transmission filter for the longer Transmission pan they installed!! !!!! NOW I HAVE A $1,010 DOLLAR TRANSMISSION REBUILD BILL !!!!!! they should be closed down for good !! We had a problem with our front end wheel hub when discount tire attempted to replace new tires. They sent us to Express Auto Care on Nellis to fix it. We were called and told that the shocks/ axle shaft needed to be replaced and authorized them to repair. Immediately we noted a very slight shake, or vibration and we were keeping "an eye on it". Generally it was not too bad and it is an old car so simply did my best not to go over 75 on the expressway,(I travel extensively during work and sometimes will go over 100 miles in one day). Well after 3 weeks I found myself stuck on the side of the road after hearing a loud "pop" my car would not move. We had it towed to our usual repair shop and were informed that the SIX bolts were not screwed in properly!! Apparently the only bolt holding everything together simply could not handle the pressure. I would never use this shop and am thankful this did not occur on the expressway, it probably would have caused a terrible if not fatal accident. read more
