I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. They insisted they could not sand areas of my flooring, so we did it ourselves so that he would finish staining. They put down stain and varnish without filling cracks, they did not sand all areas. Varnish bubbled and had to be refinished multiple times and then they put varnish over paint drips and buffed to a full haze. Refusing to pay until they correct their mistakes results in their placing a lien on your home even when you have paid for all other correctly performed services. Do not trust this owner Dave, as he does not honor his agreements, causes you multiple delays in service and results in dispute. Avoid this business.

After the FIRST install we had had a massive showing seam in the entry way of our bedroom. (* Totally related to installation) it was not fixed and be eventually our entire room had to be replaced because of " carpet delamination" -which they did replace... In the most atrocious hack job which was not only my opinion but other professional installers opinions when they came to see the job. I ended up taking many pictures and the one that's always the most comical it's a fact that they actually stapled the carpet all the way along the walls of the room which is totally absurd. They left a HUGE SEAM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ROOM and I called immediately to have this fixed.. And we cancelled the company remaining jobs to do our whole house..... ..... FIVE MONTHS LATER ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OUR 500.00 BACK AND BE A PROPER INSTALL of carpet.
