I kept returning the machine for repairs and the management and owner put used and defective parts back in a new machine and tried to pass it of back to me, a 6000$++ purchase. The original pump was 500 psi and they tried to replace it with a 100psi pump thinking I wouldn't notice. The also replaced both 3 phase vac with 2 phase vacuums thinking I wouldn't notice. They are totally deceiving in their practices. BEWARE!!!!! Tom manager & the owner of the company purposely did this directly. I have receipts to prove my claims.

But they didn't put the right color on the order, so I asked them to change it and ended up never hearing back after e-mailing and calling multiple times. I tried calling on a Saturday, was told that they were too busy to talk to me and that they don't look at window orders on a Saturday. Okay, so why are you taking phone calls? Anyway, I'll post an update if I hear back from them, but, loath though I am to order from one of the megastores, I may have to with this project. I think they don't want to deal with my small project because they are used to customers with commercial accounts who frequently spend thousands of dollars at a time.

Emailed pictures to Stan Harrison last summer, who worked up a quote. Not cheap but these can't be found. Procrastinated until now, asked for a re-quote, and was told last year's quote was good. Fortunately, I drove over with one of the old railings to make sure. Glad I did. Walked in and Stan said, "I don't know what the hell that is." "It's a porch railing, Stan." He showed me the one brand they sell, completely inappropriate for this job. Meanwhile another customer, a contractor, was being told by another clerk, "I don't have a window like that", whatever that was, and the contractor was trying to choose a replacement. And a THIRD customer, also a contractor, was holding a broken piece of vinyl siding and apologizing by admitting it was "probably 8 to 10 years old" and hoping to match the brown color as best as possible. His clerk was looking at the siding like it was a prehistoric reptile. So! I'm thinking Ingram's motto is: if you want exactly what we sell, come to Ingram!

Don't use this company! They talked a good game until I signed the contract. After, it was nothing…read morebut problems and mansplaining. Super unorganized and didnt have any workers show up until hours later. Wet decking was roofed over and the ventilation was calculated wrong. I had to get the city involved to make vents correct and luckly the decking finally dried out after 4 months. They also didn't get an open roof inspection as required by the permit, which may have saved me if it was done. So now, 10 months later, I'm having more problems- nail pops through the shingles, large lumps and dips from sheathing that should have been replaced and not addressing the 1x8 that runs along the soffit, bad boot flashing, and chimney flashing that dumps water down the side, which has caused a water problem in our basement. I called the contractor to come address the problems, as my contract says I have a 30 year warranty on workmanship, but all I got was excuse statements that everything was fine and I didn't know what I was talking about. Once again, I called the city who reopened the permit. The inspector came out and agreed with me on everything. Because the contractor would not fulfill their warranty without the city forcing them and I did not trust them to fix the problems correctly, I choose to hire a new roofer and cut my loses. The city agreed with my choice and stated that this contractor would be put on the Saint Clair Shores permit watch list. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company if you want a good roof that will last.
