So, after reading the reviews I was really, really nervous. I booked a room that was selected as "request" since it Easy Click Travel (ECT) noted that their allotment of the chosen room at this hotel was already filled. Well a couple days later my credit card was charged and I got an email stating my reservation was now confirmed. Since reading all these bad reviews, I didn't trust ECT so I called the Four Seasons Hotel myself directly to confirm if my reservation was in their system and confirmed. Luckily for me, it was and they found it under my name, with the correct dates and everything. I suggest you should book with ECT, and after ECT confirms your reservation to call your chosen hotel directly to see if they have your reservation in the hotel's system. If not, at least you have time to complain to ECT or book another hotel before arriving at the hotel / prices going up. In my case, I end up saving over 50% vs the hotel's website (paid $613.80 vs $1320.90 on the hotel's site and 8 other websites per Kayak that were equal or higher then the hotel's own website). Only 2 were cheaper then the hotel's website. The next cheapest site to ECT, which was Priceline, was only cheaper by about $60, so yeah, it was an unbelievable deal. Note: I booked in July 2017 for my Dec 2017 reservation. I haven't actually arrived for my reservation, but I have no worries as the Four Seasons already confirmed my prepaid reservation. Booked a room with them in August and had zero issues. If you want a full service booking site that allows for cancelling and changes, here's a novel idea - PAY FOR IT. ECT is a discount service so if you need hand holding or to make changes to your reservation, expect a few headaches. Also its not ECT's fault you contracted Scabies from a hotel you nut job. I booked a two-night stay for a conference in Los Angeles through Easy Click Travel. I never received an email confirmation (although my credit card was charged) so I called the hotel the week before my trip to confirm my reservation. They had no record of it. I immediately called Easy Click Travel and they emailed me the confirmation and told me (in very broken English) to call the hotel again in a couple of days to check on the reservation. I should not have had to waste my time doing that, obviously. Nonetheless, I called the Hotel three days later and they still had no reservation for me. At this point, I am 48 hours away from my check-in. I called Easy Click Travel and after wating on hold for 16 minutes, spoke with a very nice person named Connie. She worked on trying to get to the bottom of the problem but was unable to and asked if she could continue trying to reach the hotel and call me back. I was on the phone for a total of 25 minutes between waiting on hold and trying to get this resolved, and still had no resolution at the end of it all. HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE: A customer should not have to work this hard and deal with this kind of stress to confirm a reservation that was made properly on the customer's end. Regardless of how this is (or isn't resolved), I will not use Easy Click Travel again. I would rather pay a few bucks more for peace of mind. read more

People, this is a legit great site and company. It's just not a big player (yet!) like Orbitz, Kayak, Expedia Hear me out!! Me and my friend were looking for a weekend getaway (with a possible extension) to NYC for and as students, money is a bigger concern to us. So, I was doing my usual; "Kayak-Hotwire-Craigslist-Hostels" searches to find a good deal. And, from my previous experience I know that anything you pay under $70/night in the City is either infested or is a 10-bed hostel. Long story short, we found a great deal at a hotel in UWS and it was like "$80 on E.C.T. and $217 at Orbitz". So, that kinda raised a red flag for us whether if this was a scam website or not. But, it looked very normal and safe. So we tried it and booked two nights for a great rate. However, this is my favorite part - so we got our confirmation email AND unfortunately found a cheaper room at someone's apartment on Craigslist. So, we were like "Shoot!!" And, we gave E.C.T a call later that day and within ONE MINUTE I was talking to a REAL HUMAN BEING unlike Expedia or Orbitz where they make you wait like 20 minutes, only to transfer you to 10 different unprofessional people. And, I kindly told the lady in FL that we are students and we found a cheaper place to stay and that we wanted to change our reservation to one-night from three nights. She said they usually charge one-night's worth as a penalty. But, this wasn't a surprise as it was clearly marked before hitting "submit" on their website. So, she asked for my credit card number and then said "it will be a moment sir" - then she said "You're lucky sir, our system didn't charge you change fee and we're refunding you the remaining balance right now"... AND TO A STUDENT, those are the nicest words a mouth can speak! I'm super pleased with them and the deal I got was phenomenal and as I said we found a room on Craigslist not any other website. First, thank you Yelp for having this forum to share our not so easy click travel experience. After reading the reviews I feel that I should've looked before I leaped. We booked a room at a hotel for a weekend to attend a festival last weekend. We knew that rooms would book up fast so we made the reservations the first week of January, a full three months ahead of time. We found Easy Click Travel with a web search and they seemed to have what we were looking for. I made the reservation for two nights stay and they promptly sent me a confirmation e-mail. Everything is set right? Well not so fast. We called the hotel seven days before we were expected to arrive and just like in many of the previous posts, "I am sorry but we do not have any record or confirmation of your reservation and we are full up over that weekend." OK, I will give Easy Click the benifit of the doubt so sent an email to them with my confirmation e-mail attached asking if they could help us out. The response back: "Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please be advised our reservations administrations team are currently working with the hotel to reconfirm the reservation. As soon as our team provides an update, we will provide one to you. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance." The next day I picked up the phone and called Easy Click and was greeted by a pleasant voice. I explained to him the problem and he put me on hold while he contacted the hotel. About five minutes later he said that he needed to call me back because there seems to be a reservation problem and he will fix it because my reservation is guaranteed. Well I waited for a call back but never got one. I called the hotel manager directly and he told me "the story". Apparently they had been booked full for almost a year for that festival and they tried to contact Easy Click to let them know that they could not take our reservation. He had my name but no contact information so he could not contact me directly when he was having no success reaching Easy Click. He did say that he has us confirmed now though. He had ten people on a waiting list but after seeing what happened to us he moved us to the top and a cancellation came in so we had a place to stay. Problem is that the reservation is not paid for. So sent this e-mail off to Easy Click: "I talked to the hotel and they now have me reserved but your company has not sent them payment for the two nights. You charged my credit card $256 in January to cover a $211 bill. Please send payment to them immediately so I don't have to pay when I show up on Friday. Thank you for attending to this issue." The reply: "Please be so kind to know we have sent payment to the hotel and your reservation is fully confirmed at the property." Well yea! The reservation is confirmed because I called the hotel and the manager felt bad for us and gave us the first available cancellation not because Easy Click did their job. But wait. You may think this is the end of the story. We showed up last Friday and I met the manager at the desk. I thanked him for going the extra mile for us. He told me that he finally talked to Easy Click earlier that day. They gave him a credit card number that did not match ours. I said that was good because they already have my money and I was not looking forward to fighting them for a refund. So he used that card number and we had our weekend at the festival. The bottom line to this story is buyer beware. One reviewer said these people are "hit and miss". I would say they were out to lunch and forgot to come back to work. The manager at the hotel said the guy he talked to at Easy Click "was as useful as pockets on the back of a shirt." I could not agree more. I will never risk booking anything with this organization and I warn all of you to look elsewhere for your reservations. I paid $45 more than I had to pay for the weekend and I feel I got out lucky. I was so mistreated that I find it my duty to write this review to help someone else. In other words, if you've already booked a reservation through Easy Click, call your hotel to confirm the dates or cancel if you still have time. If you haven't PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TIME! What happened to me? 1) My dates were booked for August instead of April even though I had a printed confirmation page from Easy Click. I just wanted to check in with the hotel before my trip and I found out I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A ROOM! It took many emails and phone calls to get that fixed and if I hadn't checked, I would've showed up in another state with no reservation. 2) Easy Click did not communicate with my hotel effectively so I was double-charged! Yup, once by Easy Click and another time by the hotel. This also took so much of my time to get it resolved! Overall, this is not a legitimate third party business and do yourself a favor and book early to save money instead of going through this unprofessional unreliable business. I should have definitely checked Easy Click Travel's reviews before booking!! EASY CLICK TRAVEL does indeed have SLIGHTLY better rates than their competitors but is certainly not worth it in the end! When I booked a trip to Punta Cana, I received an email upon booking, confirming my trip with a note stating that I had until 3 days before my trip to cancel or make any changes to reservation. I contacted EASY CLICK TRAVEL TEN (10) days before my trip to take one person off of my itinerary - which they did successfully. What they have failed to do is process my REFUND!!!!! I would definitely stay away from this company and certainly do NOT recommend them. They are very professional and courteous when you are booking, but they completely flip the script when they need to issue a refund!!!!!!!!!! I was hung-up on multiple times, kept on hold for over an hour (several times), promised a call-back and notification regarding my refund with no avail. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding my experience with Easy Click Travel. I would HIGHLY recommend you steer clear of this company, I would have much rather pay an extra couple dollars booking through their competitors rather than go through this unnecessary and tedious process to obtain my deserved refund. OMG The experience I had with Easy Click Travel was one of the best online travel experiences I have ever had... forget 5 stars that is not enough. Honestly at first I was quite nervous about them, all I found were questions when trying to find out anything online from them when searching other travel sites. There was nothing substantial to vouch for them. I booked any way, forget Priceline, the "Big Deal" I got squashed *EVERY* other site... I was booking a room last minute for Comic-Con in San Diego and there wasn't much selection left. After searching every possible site I knew of, Kayak, Expedia, Priceline, Travelocity, and more nothing seemed to be in our price range. When I happened upon Easy Click Travel and found a room that was "regular" prices instead of the JACKED UP convention rates... Ok they were still higher than normal rates but not really bad... Here are the deets... So Easy Click came up with Mission Valley Resort in San Diego basic room for $142/night including taxes and all. Now normally the room is $80+ taxes, so it is obviously higher due to the convention, but I found an affordable room... So I know that many hotels fight the online bookings, so I call the resort to see what they can do and the answer comes back $270, and I am like SERIOUSLY?!?!?! And they say the only way to get the deal is book online with Expedia. Hmmm... Expedia... Very Interesting. I don't recall Mission Valley Resort coming up on Expedia but ok... So I go to Expedia and search only for the Mission Valley Resort and when it comes up it lists the same basic room at like $259... practically the same as the resort... Still apprehensive about Easy Click Travel as NOBODY has heard of them before, I call them. And within seconds I am talking to a real person. Feeling better I go back to the website and book our stay, I figure American Express can deal with them if something goes wrong. The website says no refunds/cancellations bla bla blah... I book anyway. So a few days before the convention we are in San Diego for a meeting, so we pop into the resort to check on the reservation and there it is all paid for and confirmed. When we checked in at the resort everything went smoothly, in fact they resort even bumped us UP to a deluxe room, 80 sqft larger and overlooking the pool rather than the parking lot. The resort took a credit card for "incidentals" and I looked after the trip and there were no charges from them at all. Not for anything, so the room really was all paid for and was nearly HALF THE COST of the resort or Expedia or any other online booking site. @Vlad - I don't know what you experienced, there was no "foreign transaction fee" or anything similar and trust me American Express would not miss a fee. Besides, considering I was saving about $120/night for 4 nights I would gladly pay a $5 fee. Made a guaranteed reservation though EC. When we got to the hotel they had no record of it. Called EC and they had no explanation of what happened. Only apologies. They said they would not charge us and that we would not have any penalties!!! How nice of them. No charges for something we didn't get!! I have emailed and talked to 3 customer service people and they have done nothing but apologize. A voucher for a future date/room would be in order. Don't bother with Easy Click. It's not easy. We didn't get the mini vacation we were looking for and had to drive home frustrated. HAPPY VAlENTINES HONEY!!! After 4 conversations with customer service, Rafael, tried to make me feel like it was our fault!!! WARNING: 14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY! I booked a 1-night stay online through Easy Click Travel in October for December. I travel for work, and often need to adjust my plans. In November my trip did change, so I called to cancel the room. I asked for a cancellation number, but was told that "the system does not generate one". I would receive an email and a refund within 5-7 business days. (They charge you at the time of booking.) About 10 days before my trip, I noticed that I still had the charge, so I called again and was informed that I never canceled the trip. They could cancel it now, but I was within the FOURTEEN DAY cancellation window, so I still had to pay for my 1 night. I complained to my credit card company, so they "launched an investigation". The result was that since Easy Click said I didn't cancel before 14 days, I needed proof (i.e., the confirmation number that the company refuses to give out). Without that, I have no recourse. Please warn everyone you can about this site. Even if they weren't dishonest about my valid cancellation, it is still too risky to ever travel with such a long cancellation period. read more

Booked a hotel in downtown Chicago, confirmed with Easy Click Travel the day before, biked 60 miles there, and found out that I didn't really have a room. The hotel receptionist told me I was the twentieth person from Easy Click Travel they'd had to turn away that day. When I called them, they claimed a "mistake" (sound familiar?), and tried a bait-and-switch. How about a hotel at Midway? Uh...I'm on my bike, that's not going to happen. I booked Homeric poems in santorini a month in advance As I was boarding the plane to Greece I get an email saying the place is overbooked and they offered me another hotel in a completely different area that wasn't as nice I called Homeric poems and they said had no availability when we booked a room a month ago!!!!!! yet we were just notified the day before our international trip. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with then it comes to travel bookings. We made our bookings 15 days in advance and received a confirmation email. We then called the hotel 11 times and the "Easy Click Travel" customer support 9 times until 24 hours to our hotel stay and we're on the phone with them on an average of 15 mins each time. I will not only book with then ever again but also never recommend them anyone. I'm actually in hold now with them as I'm typing this and have been on hold 24 minutes. The website told me the room could not be booked after trying to process for 2 minutes. I tried to book again and it successfully went through after I had been told it 'couldn't be booked.' I tried to book a deal through this website, entered in all my personal information, at the very last minute was told that the deal was no longer available. I called Customer Service and explained the issue and asked if they could help me get around it. The representative, who could barely speak English, proceeded to take all my credit card information and after a lengthy process told me that the reservation could not be completed. Well, the whole reason we called was to see if they could help us get around the glitch we were experiencing. If that wasn't possible or she didn't have the ability to do anything different from what we could do ourselves, why didn't she say something before wasting 40 minutes of our time? Called the hotel and cancelled before Noon more than a day (Wednesday) prior to arriving per the instructions on the confirmation email (which I have). HORRIBLE COMPANY- THEY SHOULD GET THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE REVOKED!!! I booked a hotel room in Niagara Falls, ON for 4th of July weekend through Easy Click Travel. I did not receive a confirmation email, however since the funds had come out of my checking account I assumed that the reservation had been made (after this experience I will never assume anything again and will definitely call ahead!) When I tried to check into the hotel, I was told that they had never heard of Easy Click Travel and that they did not have a reservation for me. I called Easy Click Travel and explained to the customer service rep what was going on and he said he would help. I waited on hold for 45 minutes while he kept coming back telling me he was working on the problem, and then he told me he'd call me back shortly as he was about to get the issue resolved. I never heard back from him! I am so livid- I have a 2 year old, this was our family vacation, we were stranded in another country without a hotel room, and without the funds for one as we had thought we had already paid for it. I am very grateful that my bank allowed me to file a dispute and aided us with getting a credit in our account so that we could pay for the hotel, however they nor myself have been refunded for this purchase. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I also just want to get the word out there- this company is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM if you don't want to get ripped off. Update- I realize that I never updated my review after this issue got resolved. Although I'd never use them again, after a manager got involved, Easy Click Travel did reimburse me for the extra charges on my phone bill and also ensured that I got a full refund. Still had to deal with a terrible vacation experience and a shortage of funds on my vacation, but I do appreciate that they reimbursed me for the lost funds. This place is a joke. They got my email wrong, and I drove to vegas. 4 hours. Only to arrive at my hotel to let me know that my reservation got canceled, keep in mind some of those staff members have 0 customer experience one actually hanged up on me, and that they "refunded" my money to my account . They try to tell me that it was my banks fault but when I contacted my bank they said there was no problem and that it was easy check and that there was no incoming deposit from them. I called again I found out that it takes a few hours for it to be refunded... so 4 hours isn't enough to show? Regardless not using them, I'll make sure no one I know uses them. 1 gave them 1 star because the last person I spoke too was actually pleasant and tried to help me more than "senior agent". NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I booked a room that specifically said "Ocean View" in Carmel, CA, which I cross-referenced with the hotel's site that had available rooms in this category. I ended up next to the boiler room for the night with a view of... my own car on the street right outside. Because of the info EasyClick sent to the hotel which they showed me, my hotel reserved me a "traditional 1 Bedroom" which means any old room. I can only imagine that EasyClick pocketed the difference in room styles, and left the hotel looking really bad. Not only that, IT WAS MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY and my wife was upset. It is the day before my reservation. The hotel has no record of my reservation. I have been on hold for 2 hours. I want to kill myself.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Easy Click Travel. I paid a premium to request 2 beds and expected at least queens as described. I tried calling Easy Click customer service that night, but waited two minutes on hold and hung up not wanting to incur more expenses through my cell phone company (no toll free number is provided for Canada). I spoke to someone the next day, after waiting on hold for more that 2 minutes, who was of no help and basically just allowed me to realize that I had been scammed. After writing them upon my return I received a response saying nothing is guaranteed in terms of the room you get when you book with them, except of course the money that you have paid them. I think the positive review here may be paid or from employees of Easy Click Travel. read more

It was my special needs sons birthday today and we were going to go to lego land in the morning. I drove 5 hours to get to my hotel to find out my reservation didn't mean nothing and wasn't honored. I called easy click informing them the hotel wouldn't honor my reservation but they basically told me too bad they are booked. All other hotels are booked. I have 3 kids with me and now driving back home. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. My sons birthday was ruined. Easy Click Travel isn't reliable!!! I paid for business class, but actually travelled in economy class which required extra charge for luggage and meals which is about 50% of the initial cost of the tickets. Decided to write a review because I was so reluctant to go ahead with easy click travel in the first place due to the negative reviews I read. I went ahead of it because it was so much cheaper than the competitors pricing. It's 4 stars instead of 5 because after booking I did call the hotel a couple days later to just confirm my reservation and at first they said they could not find my reservation which of course worried me. But after explaining my reservation number and that I booked through easy click travel they were able to find it! So I recommend it due to the unbeatable pricing, I just also caution to call the hotel afterwards to confirm it as well. read more

It is a pain to get a hold of them. Very long wait times. I did make a reservation using them and it was legitimate but the SLIGHTLY better rates than their competitors but is certainly not worth the extra hassle of dealing with them. No other way to contact them besides the toll free number - they do tell you how many people are inhfront of you in line but it is painfully slow. Used this company to book a best western hotel in Ontario. I received a confirmation from easy click.. however, one huge problem. The hotel had no record of my reservation and they were sold out. We had to scramble for another hotel the day of my arrival. The couple we were traveling with also used them to reserve a room at the same hotel. The hotel didn't have their reservation either. I found a really good deal on Easy Click Travel a day or two ago so I booked. I did not receive an email with my confirmation. I don't recall if they even asked me for my email. I created an account and my reservation does not appear. I assume it will sometime soon. But I can't view my reservation. I have to call the company. This would be fine if it was 2004. But other travel companies show me my itinerary at a moment's notice. To be fair, I have not called the company. I just assumed since their name is 'Easy Click' that I could just click through what I needed to. How hard is it for me to administer the changes? Do I really need to talk to another person on a old computer to do that? Its honestly not worth the money I saved. Just spend $10 more dollars with a more reputable travel agency and you will be happy. read more

Cheap because of Hidden resort fees. No where on my payment page or confirmation email does it state resorts fees will be charged upon checkout. Got a $50 bill from Ballys AC when checking out. Customer service basically says it's in fine print. I forwarded my email to them to show me where it states that. Well what do you know....after paying for trip and getting your confirmation email you must go to website and put in reservation number and right there on bottom there it is! Who pays extra fees when booking thru online web sites? And who actually logs back into account once they have the confirmation email.. NEVER had to pay any extra fees before....what's the point in using them. You save absolutely no money. I'm sticking to Orbitz and Priceline, at least with them once you pay for room...your done.I knew something had to be wrong. read more

Tourico (aka Eas Click Travel ) is a scam - don't use!!! Tourico booked my stay at Sheraton Suites in Key West and they debited my account in full then told Sheraton that I canceled my reservation to get out of paying them. I didn't find this out until traveling all day and arriving at the Sheraton to find out that my stay was cancelled by tourico. Tourico said it was an error and would pay but two months later they still haven't and now SHeraton is trying to bill me for a room that I have already given money to Tourico for. They are scam artists - don't use. AKA as Easy Click travel. read more
