Not withstanding the scheduling issues I am giving them a four star for effort in other areas. As we all know some of us aren't always the model of citizenry. We sometimes tend to defecate in the same place we take our meal and wonder why is it so smelly around. In this regard the operatives (drivers, in this case there were three rotations), did their best to clean up and provided garbage bags for trash. The trip was well pasted and safe. There were ample rest stops, about every two hours or so, and somewhat reasonable accommodations for the lack of individual phone charging stations. Drivers were friendly and accommodating despite the obvious language differences. All in all this appears to be a real good alternative to the absurdity and what seems to be the increasing ridiculousness of air travel- if you have the time and patience. You get more time to meet and connect with people and a good lazy way to read a book or catch up with work on the go. Thank you Starline! Work on your scheduling issues and you good to go.

Since we were there when it arrived, we asked if we could wait for it. Habib was great and took our bags to the car while we waited. He missed another pick up but did not make us feel it was our fault...although it definitely was our fault. Hopefully we made it up to him. He was amazing. Then we had the pleasure of having Kristen pick us up for our return. She was great and it was nice to meet her in person. Will definitely use them again and recommend anyone using them. Date of service: February 26, 2025…read more When my "go to" transportation service from Orlando to Port Canaveral was a no go (they don't operate on Wednesdays and directed me to Uber, which boggled my mind), I struggled to find another option until my fellow Yelpers came through with the high ratings for Cruise Control Transportation. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$.

I rate and tip well on the uber app. I feel for the drivers trying to earn a living. Under what I see as a flawed and greedy corporate business model. It's hard to contact Uber when something comes up. The web site is poorly designed. Receipts aren't always mailed out or updates when you tip late. It seems their main aim is to sell you side services. Uber seems to have cynically exploited advancing the taxi profession. Now they're the problem. My guess is they're "driven" by margin compression above all else. I wish there were alternatives.

In any field of view there is the issue of perception. Sometimes that perception outweighs the…read morereality at hand. Now I have traveled this service for at least two rounds of trip. Generally I have given a fair rating, except for the issue of incessant smoking by the operatives, which I attribute to cultural deviations. What was once perceived as a mere happenstance, now appears to be deliberate and premeditated. I am specifically referring to the issue of segregation. Yes that ugly word. Segregation on the bus is alive and well here in China town USA, or it highly seems that way, but you be the judge. (Photos attached). Now to be fair "these people", our industrious, hard working yellow friends (and I know, I'm one of them, at least partially anyway) have done much to fill in the gaps in affordable transportation, on the east coast. We must acknowledge this, and to a large extent encourage and support the spirit of enterprise. On the other hand it behooves us to help them understand "our ways", Many have suffered and fought long and hard for the basic rights and privileges that makes this country a livable and desirable place for all. We shall not take this for granted, nor shall we dishonor our ancestors in their sacrifice for improvement and better living. Is it an issue of nativity or blatant ignorance? We must none the less help the simple minded, who choose to delve into the pages of past misguided glory. We must help to inform and guide them, welcoming them with open arms into the 21st century. We must teach them that such behavior is not condone in this country, there are laws against such behavior. I'll leave it at that for now, and revisit this issue at a later date.
