I have booked a number of cruises with Cruises-N-More over the past number of years, usually 2 cabins each time. Unfortunately, the agent we used has moved on and we were paired with Emma this time. We tried to book 2 cabins but honestly, her customer service was so poor that we ended up booking with another company. I also tried to have my account reset, I couldn't log in and when I tried 'forgot password' the email to reset never arrived. I completed their customer service form on 2 occasions and also asked Emma for help, so far not one has reached out and that was 3 months ago. Sad to see the service provided has gone downhill. I'd give them feedback via their customer service platform but apparently no one at the company is interested in checking the feedback. read more

The worst! Request that I be booked the same as couples we were traveling with, all of us using Cruises-N-More. Not only did they get $300 on board credit, I didn't, they paid hundreds less for the same category cabin. When questioned why I wasn't informed that the same promotion was not available for me (I was the 2nd of 3 couples to book) I got a run around. I have requested that Cruises-N-More confirm through Princess Cruises that the promotion was available for the guests booking prior to and after I booked and not for me. I have booked several cruises with Tiffany and the rates are the best I have found anywhere - absolutely. But the service is terrible, and finally I transferred my last reservation with her to the cruise company. It cost me money but it was worth it in decreased aggravation and frustration. Once cruises were booked, getting a return phone call or email became very problematic and service came to a virtual halt, requiring constant follow-up. Let me first say that I have used CNM multiple times, and the prices are good. The issue comes if you ever need to service your reservation. This is where they fail horribly, and I will not be using them again because of this. On my first two cruises booked through Cruises N More, I had no issues, and everything was smooth. This could be due to the fact that I never had to deal with them after booking. On my most recent trip, I have had to talk to them multiple times, and can never get the same person. The agent I was dealing with left the company, as did the next agent I was assigned to. It was very difficult to find someone who could actually handle my booking. When I finally got someone, they were unable to resolve my issue with the cruise line. This is the entire purpose of using a travel agency. In the end, it is not worth the bit of money they saved me over managing my own reservation or using a local travel agent who has been in the business for a while and can negotiate with the cruise line on my behalf. read more

I booked my cruise with Max Robinson (ext. 132) for an Alaska cruise (Princess) and he is amazing. While we were on the phone, he was very proactive finding the best room for me and was extremely patient explaining the differences between packages and rooms. Hours after I paid my deposit, I was able to see my itinerary on Princess's website with all packages information (free wi-fi, gratuity, etc.). I had some questions the next morning AFTER I paid my deposit, and he was extremely timely and transparent with his response. When you book the cruise, make sure you call, not email. Booking cruises and comparing prices is a time-consuming process and requires real-time communication. I'm usually an email person, but I'm so glad I called. read more

5 days after booking and paying for a cruise for 2 cabins, I received a call from the agent who said I could only have one of the incentives, not both. The incentive turned out to be only $100 but I have used this company many times and now I will never use them again. Seems like bad business to loose the trust of a consistent customer. read more

I have used Cruises-N-More several times and they always offer the best price and incentives. I originally found them while using Cruise Compete and have been using them ever since. The agent that I orginally used has since retired. The new agent that served me was not up to par so I just went down one extension number and found Debbie. She was very helpful and was able to offer me the most onboard credit than any other company I contacted. She has always been responsive, unless she was on vacation, and has been able to make changes and able to re-quote when the prices went down. Overall, I have been very happy with their service. Update ** it is now June-2016 and still great service from them. I will admit that I did not use them on a couple of cruise due to special pricing I was able to receive that no agency was able to match. However, I just got back from a last minute cruise on the the Majesty of the Seas that Cruise-N-More came through for me. read more

We've been using Cruises-N-More for around ten years now and booked quite a few cruises with them. No issues at all. We live in Wisconsin and had a very good cruise only travel agency here in town. However with the advent of online competition the market just wasn't there anymore so the owner retired and closed up shop. I used to get a lot of shipboard goodies but as we all know you get what you pay for, or you pay for what you get. Now, I talk to Kevin at ext-136 I don't get a lot of goodies onboard but I do get helpful information and a really good price (haven't been able to beat it) and no hassles. Now I use the money I've saved and buy the goodies we want. I highly recommend both CruisesNmore and Kevin. read more

The company I work for is internet based, email and over the phone correspondence, so I feel I expect more from this type of company then others would. I used cruises-n-more to book 2 cabins for a mediterrean cruise. I went through the cruisecompete link (I believe cruise compete and cruises-n-more are the same company). Through the link they advertised a web rate and a 10% onboard credit. After I purchased the cruise I called to inquire about my 10% onboard credit and they told me that the 10% was built into the web price. So I would not be receiving the 10% OBC and if I want the OBC instead they will have to increase the price of my booking. (You also have the option to decline the 10% OBC during the booking, if you declined, it was the still the same web price?!) I spoke to the manager for 40mins basically she told me they covered their ass by putting some fine print on the website that not all cruises qualified for the 10% OBC even though the promotion was stated on my confirmation. After the end of the conversation she said she can give me a $50 credit instead for each cabin but when I logged on to my NCL account there was only a $20 credit. I called her back and she said NCL does not allow her to combine the $50 credit with the $30 that NCL originally gave me for my booking. I wish I did more research before booking with them. If I had known I was not getting the 10% OBC I would have booked with Costco, at least I know they are a reputable company. This company is shady and has false advertisement, I would stay away in the future. read more

I just booked with them also using Cruise Compete. Basically Expedia was beating NCL direct and Cruise.com and almost every other cruise site by $70, this company was about $20 less than Expedia plus they are promising a $100 on board credit and a bottle of wine. On cruise compete there was a link to buy it online. When you click the link you have to manually check off that you accept the promo to get the on board credit and wine. I read their terms and looked over everything and did not see any travel insurance charges - maybe because I booked online. I have a cruise in October and sent emails asking questions and telephone calls. no email response and you get voicemail and you have to know who you want to talk to. As a sales rep in the industry this agency hands down has bona fide credibility in the cruising industry. The management team at Cruises-N--More strives to find the best value for their guests. After 15 years of experience they know all the in's and out's of what each cruise line can do. So when they tell you that's the best they can do, it is! If you have any issues ask for one of their managers and they will review the situation and see if there's anything that one of their agents missed. If not remember at the end of the day Cruises-N-More is working for you the guest, but also following policy of cruise lines. Not every cruise line has the same policy. I have used this agency several times to book cruises. They are excellent to work with...very professional and pleasant to deal with. They always have the best prices. I am working with Steven Arterbury on my current cruise and he has been top notch. I have never had any issues with them. I originally booked my current cruise with the line directly because I wanted 2 particular cabins that didn't show up as available on-line. After I booked with the line I decided to call Cruises-N-More to see if they could give me better pricing for similar cabins. I left very simple instructions for the preparations of my quotes and they totally ignored both of them. I had asked for only "real numbers", not [save up to $$$$$$] The second request was "no obstructed view cabins" I was quoted obstructed view cabins thinly veiled by the "cabin type" numbering system. My wife booked a surprise cruise for me and instead of sending her all the confirmation info, they sent it to me even though she never provided them my email address. I booked a cruise for my parents in August 2010, so this review is long overdue. If I had one piece of advice for anyone looking to book with this company, it is: be a wary shopper. I had no hiccups, but I avoided a few potential issues booking with them. First, I only found out about this company because through cruisecompete.com. I selected the cruise I was interested in, and after submitting my profile, Cruises-n-more was one of a few companies that replied. They did not come in with the lowest bid, but they were very competitive and offered a few bonuses for the cruise on NCL. I called spoke to an agent named Gladys who assisted me in booking the cruise. However, I had to remind her about the bonus offers that were advertised ($200 onboard credit, $100 additional promo) because she got it wrong the first time. But to balance that out, she was helpful in arranging the special AARP discount through NCL. And she assisted in a room change after booking. One additional problem I had with this company is their corporate policy of including travel insurance in the quote. So even though I insisted that we did not want travel insurance, the invoice I received contained an additional charge for travel insurance, amounting to 10% of the total fees. I quote verbatim from the invoice: "NOTE: Anyone not wanting insurance must decline it in writing within twenty-four hours of final payment. The email should be addressed to your agent along with a carbon copy to [email address redacted] or if you would prefer, you may fax a letter to [fax number redacted]. The email or fax must contain the names of the passengers rejecting the coverage, the booking number, ship and sail date. You will receive an updated invoice showing the insurance removed as verification we received your email. If you do not hear back from us regarding your desire to remove the travel protection within 48 hours of your sending us the cancellation email or fax, it is your responsibility to speak with your agent or one of our representatives, or we will assume you understand the value of the protections and keep it on your invoice and charge your credit card. Regardless, we will still need an email or a fax from you if you plan to reject the coverage. " Yes, a shady way of doing business. Gladys informed me that I should follow the instructions to decline the travel insurance. It was the only way to opt-out of the travel insurance. So, if you book through them, just be careful to read the terms and conditions. I would book through them again because they have competitive prices and bonus offers, but would be extremely careful during the booking process. After all, after the booking process, my parents' cruise went off without a hitch! read more

I had dealt with this agency in the past, and had no problems. They offered among the best pricing. However, my most recent experience was less than stellar. I had been speaking with Tiffany regarding booking a cruise for next summer. When she advised me that now was the time to book, I told her which cabin I wanted. I didn't hear from her for two weeks. I emailed again, still no answer. In the meantime, the price went up by $200 per person. I opted to book with another agency; that agent responded within minutes and was very pleasant to deal with. I booked a cruise with Cruises-N-More for myself, my husband and my mom in July 2011. Please be very careful when booking with this agency. The sales people are very friendly and appear to know what they are talking about but clearly are doing so for the sale. I will NEVER book with Cruises-N-More again. I will also be more cautious regarding the travel agencies listed in cruisecompete.com. I found this company using cruisecompete.com. My booking agent on Cruises-N-More was named Dana. Very courteous. Very friendly. She did not know the details but pretended to....so very misleading. My husband has back issues so we always ask about travel insurance. Dana asked a few questions and said it would be no problem and that we would be covered. I should have followed my instincts and requested the number for the insurance agency to speak with them myself but due to a lack of time I did not. My husband was cleared to travel on the day of purchase, however something happened and about a week before the cruise the doctor decided it would be best if he did not travel. I had to cancel my husband's portion of the trip. Canceling with Dana was easy. All I got back was $25. Everything else was gone. At the time of cancellation, Dana again reassured me that I would have no issues with the insurance claim. WHAT she should have recommended was that I speak with the insurance agent first, but she did not. She wanted to start the cancellation. This was more than likely because she would be able to re-sell the cabin. Hindsight is 20/20. To add fuel to the fire, my husband did not qualify when we filed a claim with the insurance agent (which Dana so kindly said we qualified for at time of purchase and also during cancellation). It just seemed that Cruises-N-More (Dana) was all too eager to get the sale for the cruise plus the insurance. In the end they win. Cruises-N-More got paid twice for one of the cabins and the insurance agency did not have to pay out a nickel and we are out $1500. I did file a complaint with Cruises-N-More and of course received no response. I will never book with this company again! read more

Be very careful when booking with CRUISES-N-MORE!!! This Agency has agents that charge more on your credit card then you authorize. Tell you it was the cruise line mistake and it will be corrected on your next months bill. When that does not happen they say they will send you a check and then the check bounces. Cruises N More is the booking company and their address is on the invoice but they want you to deal with the agent you booked with. Cruises N More gets the benefits of the booking but the Company will not take responsiblity for their agents and their actions. Ernie Ortega was the agent and this is NOT the first time he has over charged bookings. I have found that he moves around to different agencies so he can keep scamming people. I spoke with Tifini twice at cruisesnmore and she was no help. I have been a cruiser for many years and there are agencies that you can trust but NOT CRUISES N MORE. I have booked many, many cruises with Cruises-n-More over the last 8 years or so and have always had a good experience. I've booked with various agents but have been working primarily with Debbie most recently. I have to say that Debbie has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Even in situations when she's reasonably sure my request cannot be met by the cruise line, she goes the extra mile and makes the effort and has even put me on 3-way calls so I can hear firsthand what they are saying. Sometimes we're successful and sometimes we're not, but the point is that she makes the effort Additionally, she always gets back to me in a timely manner. If you choose to book with this travel agent, keep your fingers cross that there is absolutely no issue to your booking since if there are problems with your booking and you want this travel agent to help you, good luck with that. I booked a cruise with them and after checked in the cruise online and received the passenger ticket I noticed there were some errors with the ticket so I emailed cruises n more to ask them to look into it for me. Well, a week after I emailed and 2 follow ups, there was no response from them. I decided to call them, the lady answered the phone with a bit of British accent was rude, she interrupted me a few times and without letting me finish she told me they can not help me, it is the cruise commonly blah blah... And she just put me on hold indefinitely. I decided to call the cruise company myself and fixed the issue, the cruise company was good to help me update the info on their end but they said since I booked through a travel agent, the revised ticket will be sent to the agent and the agent will forward to me, the revised ticked should be sent out the next day to the agent. Guess what? I waited a week and never received anything from cruises n more and I emailed them, again no response, I will never book with them again, the headache I had to deal with them is not worthy the savings. read more
