They had a case drop tested to military standard for an amazing $15! These guys are the best! They begged me for a password during which time they had access to all of my private information and data. another 4 months pass and they finally give me back a phone that now didn't have working face id or front facing camera. I had given up on the iphone after Apple told me it had a bad motherboard and quoted a high minimum starting price to replace that. He was able to diagnose the issue as being Face ID (which he fixed) and then that there was a camera issue. With a battery added this fix was less than what Apple quoted for the "motherboard." I appreciated that he was happy he could fix it (I was happy too). ** This business is on the lower level at 212 Sumner Street (just beyond Lee's Burgers) at Newton Centre. The sign is easy to miss (I only saw it on my visit to pick up my phone), so I wanted to flag that they are still at that location. I am very satisfied and have already mentioned MiPhone Doctor to another family member. I love a good origin story - the owner is an engineer by background who got into this after learning to fix his own iphone rather than paying what he thought were exorbitant prices at that time. This included one repaired screen, a screen protector, and two new defender cases. One for my phone as well. My sons screen broke today. He said the phone cracked in his hands. He did not drop it. I called the store to tell the owner that we received a defective screen. He refused to replace the screen even though it failed after ONE DAY! So much for the protective screen and defender case that he sold us! He will NOT stand behind his products. We have had roughly 5 phones repaired here over the last few years. Very disappointing lack of customer service. AVOID this business!
