They had a case drop tested to military standard for an amazing $15! These guys are the best! For the record, I was initially shocked by the $220 (Samsung original parts are expensive!) it was going to cost but when I shopped around, these guys were $30 cheaper than the next closest shop.

They kept my phone for over 4 months before they gave me a much older iphone with a quarter of the memory as a loaner. They begged me for a password during which time they had access to all of my private information and data. another 4 months pass and they finally give me back a phone that now didn't have working face id or front facing camera. This included one repaired screen, a screen protector, and two new defender cases. One for my phone as well. My sons screen broke today. He said the phone cracked in his hands. He did not drop it. I called the store to tell the owner that we received a defective screen. He refused to replace the screen even though it failed after ONE DAY! So much for the protective screen and defender case that he sold us! He will NOT stand behind his products. We have had roughly 5 phones repaired here over the last few years. Very disappointing lack of customer service. AVOID this business!

These guys are so bad…read more... #1 - they charged me $458 twice and they are saying that it didn't happen. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

When I brought it back in, they refused to act honorably and complete the repair I had paid for. They blamed me for the damage they had done to my phone and literally put a piece of Scotch tape on my case where they had broken it. Literally. Scotch tape.
