I started to tell him about my issues and immediately he just started telling me what the problems could be and offering solutions, although I really wanted to bring it to him to fix it. I asked if I could bring it over and without hesitation he said yes. I immediately left for his office and when I got there he stopped what he was doing to work on my computer. He figured out why it wasn't booting up, then he figured out what was making a ticking sound and repaired it, then fixed a popup error message that always popped up every time I shut down the computer. Then he changed a lot of programs from automatically initializing at start up which caused it to take forever to start up. After just 1 hour my computer now starts up faster, no more clicking noise, and no more annoying popup when I shut down. Awesome service!

Don't EVER hire this firm!…read more I hired this firm on Thursday, April 11, to evict a tenant. "Mike" - last name never given - responded that "we can jump on this ASAP." On Tuesday, April 16, I emailed Mike to check on the status of the case. No response. On Thursday, I emailed again. Mike responded, "everything is in process and underway, when I get to this file today I will fully update you." No response. On Friday, April 19, I emailed "waiting for response." On Sunday, April 21, Mike wrote that a "3 Day Notice of Eviction Filing and Notice to Vacate was Drafted and Sent today - Should the Occupant Ignore Notices I will File in Court Thursday and Have the Sheriffs come Serve the Papers and finish this matter." But what he sent me wasn't a three-day notice. It was a lease termination letter, giving the tenant UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH to vacate the house. On Friday, April 26, I notified Mike that the tenant was still there and asked whether he had filed for eviction on Thursday like he said he would. I requested that he provide me with a file-stamped copy of the eviction petition. Mike responded "I do what I say and say what I do and it was filed." On Monday, April 29, I again requested a file-stamped copy of the eviction petition Mike said he had filed. Later that day, I checked with the clerk of the court. No eviction petition had been filed. I forwarded a copy of the clerk's email to Mike. Mike's response? "You are a complete ( Hot Head ) - I have returned your calls, text messages and emails - This matter was sent to the Court and Submitted for Filing and your ( Defamation and Slander ) will not be tolerated and your over reacting will not be tolerated and your demands and claims will not be tolerated -" I again requested a copy of what Mike said he had filed. Crickets. I fired Mike and his firm. Not knowing what, if anything, Mike had actually sent to the tenant, I though I'd better wait until May 1 to file for eviction since Mike had given the tenant until the end of the month to vacate. On May 1, I went to the courthouse and filed for eviction. It took only a few minutes. I paid the $134 filing fee that Mike was supposed to pay out of the $1,000 I sent him. Today, May 3, the constable came out and served the tenant with the eviction petition. My court date is May 17. Bottom line: Hiring Mike cost me $1,134, for which I received nothing but a delay in eviction proceedings. That, plus a lot of upset in an already aggravating situation. I am an IT and brought in a gaming PC to have them replace my hard plastic tube liquid cooled CPU cooler with a fan unite I provided as they told me over the phone they would do it (its involved I had stuff to do). They checked it in, visually inspected it and certified in the doc no damage was visible. Two days later I get a message its ready to be picked up (sweet!). I get into the store and they tell me they couldn't do it because they cant remove the liquid (?) I ask the Tech if he really couldn't he then opened my pc and grabbed the hard tube supply line to the cpu and gave it a good tug.....!?!?!?! Its a 3yr old plastic tube with 3 year old seals and he raw dogged it as well with no esb or mat.... I get the bad boy home and roll up my sleeves to do it myself and I find red dye all over my CPU, my 3090, my ram, my M2 and down the board. Simply put they destroyed the entire PC!!! I have been fighting with them ever since to resolve the issue by replacing the PC. This is since 12/20/25. As of now I have yet to be contacted by their insurance company "sedgwick" as they were unwilling to take care of the store caused issue in store.
