I am an IT and brought in a gaming PC to have them replace my hard plastic tube liquid cooled CPU cooler with a fan unite I provided as they told me over the phone they would do it (its involved I had stuff to do). They checked it in, visually inspected it and certified in the doc no damage was visible. Two days later I get a message its ready to be picked up (sweet!). I get into the store and they tell me they couldn't do it because they cant remove the liquid (?) I ask the Tech if he really couldn't he then opened my pc and grabbed the hard tube supply line to the cpu and gave it a good tug.....!?!?!?! Its a 3yr old plastic tube with 3 year old seals and he raw dogged it as well with no esb or mat.... I get the bad boy home and roll up my sleeves to do it myself and I find red dye all over my CPU, my 3090, my ram, my M2 and down the board. Simply put they destroyed the entire PC!!! I have been fighting with them ever since to resolve the issue by replacing the PC. This is since 12/20/25. As of now I have yet to be contacted by their insurance company "sedgwick" as they were unwilling to take care of the store caused issue in store.

Installers driving to my home just to tell. me they couldn't instlall my pedestals given it wasn't on the order thiough id gone to the store the day before to confirm that they would be installed I was told they would compensate me for alll the aggravation that id suffered due too their ineptness once the machines were delivered They offered me $50 off each machine totaling $100 I declined and informed them that they could pick up their machines. Its the principle at this point The management has no integrity and spreading falsehoods with the exception of Darren, With consumers being very particular about where and who they spend their hard earned money with I chose to take my business elsewhere to a business who still believes in prioritizing satisfying the customers.

I started to tell him about my issues and immediately he just started telling me what the problems could be and offering solutions, although I really wanted to bring it to him to fix it. I asked if I could bring it over and without hesitation he said yes. I immediately left for his office and when I got there he stopped what he was doing to work on my computer. He figured out why it wasn't booting up, then he figured out what was making a ticking sound and repaired it, then fixed a popup error message that always popped up every time I shut down the computer. Then he changed a lot of programs from automatically initializing at start up which caused it to take forever to start up. After just 1 hour my computer now starts up faster, no more clicking noise, and no more annoying popup when I shut down. Awesome service!

Finally closer to closing, I just called to see if my documents were ready and indeed they were. Thought the quicker turn around fee wasn't much, it's still the principle that my documents weren't ready when I made note of them to be. Nice employees, but this is a fairly busy location & it would be a good investment to have more employees in the printing section to assist without constantly having to call for help.

They often steal money from unaware and unassuming people like myself. If you sign up for a week, the automatically charge you for a month without your knowledge, and they continue to billing you. The also make cancelling the subscription very difficult or next to impossible. Some apps or subscription do not even offer the cancel option, but they tell you to call a number, then give you the run around. They are getting rich while making up broke. This is not fair, It is not right. The billing company Web Data Solutions and the App Owners all need to be held accountable and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. They manage to steal over $350 from me. I am so upset.
