Alex in the PC zone treated my kiddo as an adult customer and talked through considerations and tradeoffs he should consider in building a PC; Noah in the scheeduling center walked him through the process and explained what he should expect and what he needs to consider as a responsible PC owner; Connor in the service department was clear with him on his responsibilities and what he may need to troubleshoot or watch out for as a PC owner. The lovely sales associate did escalate this problem to their manager and their online inventory was fixed. I very thankful for her help but it would have been nice if it was actually there. 2. There is no cart return outside. It's a pain to bring the cart all the way back in store with a child after loading the car, especially in the winter. 3. Many of the customers need to shower more than once a week, and should consider putting on deodorant. Many of them physically STANK. Basic hygiene is lacking for a handful of their customers. Maybe buy PC and get a free degree? Maybe a reward system would be nice to encourage healthy habits.

I asked them to call me with an estimate before doing the work and they did not. I asked for an itemized receipt and the woman behind the desk treated me horribly for asking. I left a note for the technician to call me to tell me what he did and he has not called me back yet - that was 4 days ago. So far - the computer is running well but I'll be looking for another place to take my computer the next I need repairs.

They figured out what was up with my computer and fixed it up!
