He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! We hired Cleveland Taxi…read moreLimo for our wedding day in July, and the bus air conditioning was broken for the entire time, blowing hot air on everyone. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
