We were specifically told by a company driver "meet right in front of the bail bonding office" at 11:00 and we would have another driver pick us up, and they would have us back by 1130; however, the driver had went to take another client somewhere as well as no one came to pick us up. He ended up telling us he could not get us until 1:30 then proceeded to not respond the rest of the evening. We had no ride home. We had called the owner the next day. Rather than working with us to resolve the issue, he explained he was a private investigator and minister the majority or the time rather than addressing the issue on hand. The driver also said we had scheduled different plans, but that was never the case. We had agreed for a ride after the concert! Why would we have booked a chauffeur service if we had not wanted one! Instead, They took out payment, the tip, and never returned. We are out the money at the end of the day which is not the biggest deal. It was the principle of them not taking responsibility for their actions or their drivers and not providing the service someone pays for.

This review is for Gene the Limo driver for Lake Erie Limo…read more My wife and I were married on 5/28/22. From beginning to end, Gene was gracious. Grace is defined as an unmerited gift. He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. Truth be told I did call some of the major carriers first because I completely forgot about Lake Erie limousine. During covid I'm absolutely amazed that some of the large limousine companies would rather let their limousine sit idle and that make any money versus renting one out for a little bit of a discount and making some money cuz I like to say some money is better than none but they did not agree with that. I don't know if Google was listening to me but Lake Erie limo popped up in my searches kind of weird but cool nonetheless I gave him a call he said yeah no problem he sent out an older car and although the radio work I couldn't figure out how to Bluetooth my phone to it but that's okay. The car was clean everything and it worked and it was great transportation to and from Sapphire Creek winery for our anniversary. I don't want to call exactly how much it was but I want to say that it was about 250 bucks round trip for him to come pick us up and pick some of our friends up and take us about half hour away wait on us and then bring us back home. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
