We were specifically told by a company driver "meet right in front of the bail bonding office" at 11:00 and we would have another driver pick us up, and they would have us back by 1130; however, the driver had went to take another client somewhere as well as no one came to pick us up. He ended up telling us he could not get us until 1:30 then proceeded to not respond the rest of the evening. We had no ride home. We had called the owner the next day. Rather than working with us to resolve the issue, he explained he was a private investigator and minister the majority or the time rather than addressing the issue on hand. The driver also said we had scheduled different plans, but that was never the case. We had agreed for a ride after the concert! Why would we have booked a chauffeur service if we had not wanted one! Instead, They took out payment, the tip, and never returned. We are out the money at the end of the day which is not the biggest deal. It was the principle of them not taking responsibility for their actions or their drivers and not providing the service someone pays for.

He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. I had a few questions and the owner responded to my emails directly. Our driver sent us a text message when she was on her way and arrived 20 minutes early. We had a clean Lincoln MKT and water bottles were provided. Upon our return to CLE, we received a text from our driver and we're told which door to use. Quick and easy! We hired Cleveland Taxi…read moreLimo for our wedding day in July, and the bus air conditioning was broken for the entire time, blowing hot air on everyone. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
