the owner Eric called me the customer made body harm threats to come fight him at his office. his company is horrible 2 out of 3 times limo was running on one leg dent on side with very bald tires and no radio. so now the 3rd time needed him from 5am until released between 4-6pm. around 1 his driver said he had to leave for an airport run. driver refused to stay costing me money. then come to find out the driver gives my client his bussiness card when told no information was to be exchanged no matter what because of the high security detail involved. I payed $200 due to costing me money and aggravation. he wanted $400 more. fast forward 1.5 years later he calls me while I'm recording threating me to come fight him at his office. so when he realized he messed up he ran to the police who long story short strong armed me into paying him with possible threats of charging me for theft of services when it would be civil do to him receiving money. was recommended even though if I was charged which would be unlikely I would get stuck paying min of $1500 to my attorney if I did get charged which would have been unlikely but there is always that chance. anys I paid the clown $400 and have to file in small claims and with the BBB. read more

Had Dave as our driver and he was great showed us how to work everything in the back and made sure we comfortable. Kept us safe. Took us to see the house where "The Christmas Story" was filmed. I highly recommend this company and if you want a great,nice,respectful, fun, funny, and knowledgeable drive request Dave and he will give you the best experience ever. He talked to us. He let us take a couple pictures with him at the end of the night. This was our first time ever renting a limo and I will definitely be renting with them next time I come to Cleveland for a Cavalier game. The service and professionalism are far superior to what I had experienced elsewhere. I talked to the owner Eric to book and reserve the limo, he was extremely accommodating and super polite. I wanted the pink Cadillac for my daughter's 13th bday party. It was booked for the evening but Eric found a way to make it work!! Ron picked us up in the pink Cadillac escalade and was very nice and a class act, and Gene picked us up later and was the pinnacle of customer service. What a great guy, went above and beyond. Was easy to work with, flexible with everything, dealt with all my questions and concerns and reassured me several times that it will be a great day.
