Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our night, calling us all by name and offering assistance with music, and telling us about fun places to go. After dinner we made a few stops and he was exactly where he said he would be when we texted him we were ready to go. We had a special delivery needed for Thanksgiving Dinner... we were panicking....Myself and another…read moreperson across the country from me decided via chat online to buy our friend Thanksgiving Dinner, as our friend had been out of town for DAYS on an urgent last minute trip and arrived home Thanksgiving Eve (You can't thaw a turkey in a microwave....Yuk!). We searched and searched for a restaurant and once we found one........ ... their UBER EATS SYSTEM was DOWN!!!! (But we CAN order PICK UP) (remember, my friend and I who want to do this are THOUSANDS OF MILES away) More frantic calling around....this time to find a delivery driver... All taxi companies in the area would put us either on 'forever hold' or hang up or ask us to call back later...well, we had to pull the trigger on ordering the food as PICK UP ONLY already, as time had run out..so we knew we had HOT FOOD sitting there READY TO GO and NOBODY to deliver it!! That's when we found Honest and Reliable. Michael called us back and was still rightfully uncertain about this fare, as the people he was talking to were in 3 different states all with different numbers... but after a quick confirmation and a payment, he quickly delivered the meals to this family who were about to have a hum-drum soup and sandwiches type Thanksgiving Dinner. Michael even called us after the delivery to be sure everything was all right with it. This is unheard of. A+ on the communications! Michael and Honest and Reliable have not only been true to their name, but true to the 5 star rating they have and will continue to have. When you find someone that is customer caring and service minded, you need to hold on to them, as this is a RARE QUALITY these days. I don't know why you got all the way to the bottom of this review... you should have called Honest and Reliable already!!! And remember.... Tipping is not a city in China.
