The transmission is still on backorder, so because of their inability to do a simple oil change, we have been without our truck for two months! They said that we could get a rental, but that we would have to pay for it ourselves and they would reimburse us after the claim was closed. So we would have to be out thousands for a rental - and then trust them to reimburse us. If you need a new transmission, this would be the place to go.

I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.
