The worst car wash I have ever been to...I own 6 cars and went to this wash several times...and the last time was the bell ringing worst...vacuum machines took our $1.25 and never came on...and when we dared to complain, Edward LNU abused and threatened us in a way that would inspire a Deliverance remake...avoid this place like the plague...Edward must REALLY NEED a dollar twenty five! I have gone to this car wash multiple times. I have 2 trucks and The owner always makes a big deal and yells at his staff about something going wrong with my truck. So today, when my wife was bringing her brand new car, her and I removed the roof rack, trailer hitch to make sure there were no problems. She goes in and everything was fine but when she had 2 seats left, the owner shuts off the vacuum and says they were closed. When she said she was almost done, he said "Nope we close at 4:45" she said "can I come back tomorrow? " he said "Nope closed Sunday and Monday" I am used to him being rude to so I haven't written a review, but apparently he is a dick to everyone. Luckily we are a capitalist society and I will drive to Cleveland to avoid giving him another dollar. read more

These guys need to upgrade their equipment to allow trucks with hitches to go through the automated wash. Some dude approached me as I was paying for my wash and asked me to remove my hitch. Well my hitch isn't the easiest to remove, so I told him, it doesn't come off. Too which he replied, "Well you can't wash your truck here." Fine, I'll just go to Snappy's. They never make me remove my hitch. Also, I've been through this particular wash probably 25x and not once has my hitch impeded or torn up their equipment. Snappy's gets my money from now on, not this place. read more

Great car wash, friendly staff. They took the time to tape my rear wiper, remove my antenna and brush the hard to reach areas. Once you go through the wash they have available (included in your wash fee) free vacuums and a cart with detailing supplies. This is a great setup if you want a clean car and are willing to expend a little effort. They will also do the interior for you at additional charge. Very professional, excellent set up! read more

We have given it 1 star because each time we go there someone ALWAYS has a problem with our truck!! Either before going into the car wash or when we have come out. Today....The owner, Edward Lazarine, approached me with no other vehicles in any of the car washes or drying & vacuum lanes, and asked me to move my truck over because I was taking up 2 lanes. So I asked him, in a respectful manner, "why is it that every time I come in here you ALWAYS have a problem with my truck??" And he replied, "are you going to move it?" I ignored him and started drying the truck with a cloth while my wife was vacuuming, then he shouted back to me, "I am turning the vacuum off! I will give you a refund!" and told us to leave. As we were in the office, I tried to tell him "as a valued returning customer, that you keep complaining to us you will lose our business." He replied, " I DON'T GIVE A SHIT!!" Very unprofessional and a VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!! I will not recommend this business to ANYBODY!!! read more
