Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Most unprofessional business I've run across in years! In July 2024, I took my father's Subaru down to Diamond from Sautee, GA (45 miles away) and got a wash and detail. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. Their manager is a complete idiot. I own a 2016 Jeep Wrangler spent $105 on oil change and a clean their drive-through Car Wash ripped the tag mount off of the vehicle which is a factory tag mount. All it needed was a replacement bulb for the light and two clips a total of $12 he refused to take care of those items because they don't do that. I've been going to that facility ever since they opened, I will never go back and I don't recommend them to anybody. read more

Not me. One of their competitors charges $40 which is very reasonable. Good but not great, especially for price as I got the top end wash and full detail. Full disclosure: I brought in a DIRTY car. It is my daily driver and I use it to carry around two large dogs. (When I say dirty I don't mean full of trash, but yes to fur, dirt, etc.) The outside was pretty impressive minus some streaks on one mirror and the passenger side window. I tipped pretty heftily based on the outside of my car. However, inside was where we went from great to just OK. They hit all the major things but the back (it's an SUV) was not vacuumed thoroughly leaving quite a bit of fur. That fur later transferred onto the carpet mats that were shampooed. (Still wet I've hung them up in my bathroom but I zoomed out of there pretty quick and they did tell me they'd still be wet so no big deal.) The front and rear floorboards were vacuumed completely clean and no fur left behind. Just wish the back had gotten the same treatment. I had the carpet floor mats in the back cargo area because the car came with the rubber all weather mats which I prefer. (Dogs). Unfortunately since the back cargo area wasn't cleaned very well, the wet mats picked up dirt/mud left behind so the end results were the carpet mats ended up dirtier than when we started. Speaking of the all weather mats, I only had the front ones returned to me upon pickup, which I should have noticed. I called the following day and they apologized and had them ready for me to pick up. Not a huge deal because I live close by. That said, the rear rubber mats I picked up a day later didn't seem like they'd been cleaned at all or at least not very well which was disappointing. Lastly, there was some visible dirt left on the passenger and driver side above the seatbelts that pretty much wiped away with a wet paper towel after the fact. Overall: the outside was an epic transformation but the inside had a lot of room for improvement. Would give it another shot but next time I'll pay more attention to the inside when I pick up. read more

Very friendly the owner or manager are always nice but my truck doesn't fit through the tunnel to get washed so I have to pay xtra and just go ahead and get a hand wash and full detail had nothing wrong but ig there is a new kid he just missed a couple areas on my wheels and the underneath of my fender but other then that the staff was very nice would recommend to anyone read more

My car did not have heat. Then while driving it started to flutter instead of accelerate. The check engine light urgent as read overheaying. I pulled over to diamond auto unexpected at 6pm to ask if they might have help. I ran into Brandon leaving for day as they had closing in so. I told him this, and he checked back in and diagnosed the radiator cap had come loose and acutely drained out all of the antifreeze. He refilled this and with history of car and inspection- hit me back on the road in 15 minutes. - he was knowledgeable of cars - he went outside the expected to step in as I popped up after close. - despite no gain for help. He was happy to assist. i have been there multiple times in the past 15 years and they always do a fine job with oil service and car wash. DO NOT COME HERE FOR WINDOW TINT! I went here to have my windows tinted and to start with they charged me a $55 fee for tint removal even though my truck only had factory tint on it and they just went over it. I gave the tint two weeks to cure before cleaning or rolling the windows down. When I did finally clean and inspect the job they did I was very disappointed. All four doors and one of the three panels on the rear had to be redone because they either scratched it during installation or left bubbles that were too big and residue formed while drying. So I dropped my truck off to have the windows redone free of charge and three hours later picked it up and when inspecting the work the SECOND TIME I found a long scratch on one of the pieces they just replaced and dirty foot prints all over my rear seats. Very aggravated I drove back the same day and had the window tint replaced on one of my doors for the THIRD TIME. Time will tell after the others have time to cure if I have to go back again and get more of my windows redone. I would think a $400+ dollar job would come out better than this. If you have them tint your windows and you only have factory tint pay before they start and if they charge you the $55 tint removal fee than tell them you want to watch them remove it or take off the fee because I promise they are planning on just going over the factory tint read more

I had the driver side window re-tinted yesterday. They did a good job. This morning upon opening my glove box though, I noticed my insurance card and motor vehicle registration cards were disheveled, as though someone had looked thru them. I don't know why anyone would need to see my personal insurance information when tinting a window. Beware of your valuables at this place. read more

I got a full service interior and exterior wash at Diamond. The car, inside the car wash in front of me, was sent through without a driver, so I had to wait six minutes until an employee drove the car out of the car wash, so that I could exit. I then had a sloppy interior cleaning done. None the less, I left and started to drive home, without making a complaint. However, I then noticed that my dashboard lights were now off, and I drove back to Diamond so that someone could turn them on for me. That is when manager Luis Zelaya came over, and wanted to know what was wrong? I told him, without raising my voice, about the lights, the sloppy interior clean, and my time stuck in the car wash. He was very rude, and told me that I should find another car wash if I didn't like the service at Diamond. He then took out his cell phone, took a picture of my license plate, said to never come back, and then he walked away. No one should ever have to experience that kind of disrespect from management personnel!! I then sent an email complaint to the company that owns Diamond, and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my complaint. Every time I go into that place, they tell me I 'need' to buy something extra. I've been meaning to shop around for a different lube place, and I definitely will now after my last experience. I was told my antifreeze was totally gone in my vehicle. The guy tried to scare me into having the thermostat replaced right then...said the car would overheat if I didn't. I told him to just add antifreeze, and I'd see about it later. That was 2 weeks ago, and my antifreeze is still at the 'full' mark. I will never go back there again. Crooks! read more

I had not been in the area long and took my car for an oil change to a place on Jesse Jewell and was not impressed I had read rave reviews about Diamond Auto Spa online and suffice to say they did not disappoint when I gave them a try. I went for an oil change and did not realize they do full service on your car. I went back and had a car wash and detail for a decent price and also had work done on my car. I recently got an email saying they had not seen me in awhile with a coupon for half off a carwash and detail! They have a super nice waiting area, great staff. They don't try to bullshit you and prices are fair. read more

I had the worst experience with this company. I never write reviews, but this was that bad. They lied about their prices, then got very aggressive when questioned about it. Last week I went in for an oil change. The guy explained everything to me, then said, "That'll be 69.99 plus the additional five dollars for the upgrade on the free wash." Mind you, this is the price listed on their website, the price I was given over the phone, and the price I was given in person. I then asked, "About how long will that take?" He said that once my car got in the shop it would be about 20 minutes. I never said I was in a rush, never said I had to hurry. Just asked how long it would take. After the oil was changed and the car was washed, I got my receipt. I noticed that the lady in front of me was very upset because they had been over charged, but I didn't think much of it. When it was my turn to be rung up, they charged me $108.00. Thirty dollars more than I expected. When I asked about the price, they very rudely explained that they "had" to add all these extra things- without ever asking my permission. They lady acted like I was dumb for not knowing why they had charged me an extra $30. Later on, my husband called and questioned about the upcharge. The manager flat lied to him. He told my husband that I had never asked about the price, even though I had checked the website, called, and asked in person. He also told my husband that I was more concerned about getting out of there than I was the price. Then he proceeded to tell my husband, "I think I know what I did." Furthest thing from the truth, and also very rude. The manager just flat lied. We have used this business quite a bit in the past and were always fine with the service. Our last two visits have changed our opinion completely and we will not be returning. It did not appear that anything in the interior of the car was even wiped down, there remained all kinds of stuff in the floors from a shoddy vacuum job and the side mirrors weren't even touched. We were running really late so I did not have time to talk to a manager. I will be doing so shortly. I wish there was an option for no stars at all !! U should NEVER EVER go to this place ! So to begin I went to diamond auto spa for an oil change and car wash ! Well when I got there my car was running perfectly no issues at all ! They were very busy so I didn't stay in my car I went inside and just gave them the keys. Over an hour and half later they tell me everything under my hood is in good condition and trying to sell me windshield wipers for the third time and I again politely said no thank u I have them just haven't put them on yet ! As they were cleaning my car for some reason it was running and smoking tons out of the tail pipe I turned off my car and called my father. He said maybe they overfilled. Well shortly after driving still smoking badly and driving badly check engine light and oil light had came on ! There was noooooooo oil in it I had to go buy 30$ of oil n fill it up. My car runs great again but still smokes when I crank and sometimes when I'm driving and check engine light is still on ! I called the diamond auto spa and spoke to a manager who was rude and assured me they put oil back in my car and said he was the person who told me about my check engine light (and he didn't even ask my name or my car when he claimed this ) not only that as I said I had no engine light on when I got there. I said u r sure ? So what is my car then ? He says a Honda civic !!!! Nope not even close !!!! He talked to me as if I am dumb ! So basically I got ripped of majorly by the 40$ I paid them to mess up my great car I hope and pray it's not caused major damage. And funny how I have talked to others with almost the same experience s ! Very rude so called manager and they need to focus on the job u actually came there and paid them to do opposed to trying to sell windshield wipers!
