    My experience with Easy Moving has been extremely negative, negligent, and completely unacceptable. Motorcycle suspension damaged due to improper transport and delays in car delivery by Easy Moving. I hired Easy Moving to transport my belongings from Calgary to Toronto. On February 27, my KTM 450 dirt bike was picked up in perfect condition, with the suspension fully functional clearly documented with photos taken before transport. Upon delivery on March 3, the bike arrived with the suspension completely compressed, locked, and non-functional. It is undeniable that the damage occurred during transport by Easy Moving. The certified mechanic's report confirms: * The left air fork inner cartridge is damaged and must be replaced. * The right fork seal is leaking and must also be replaced. The mechanic explicitly stated that this type of damage occurs only when a motorcycle is transported with excessive strapping and without a fork spacer, causing abnormal internal pressure over time. There is no alternative explanation this damage was directly caused by Easy Moving's mishandling. Evidence includes: * Photos of the bike in perfect condition before transport * Photos after delivery showing severe suspension damage * A detailed professional mechanic report * A video where an Easy Moving employee attempts to move the suspension, and it does not function Despite this overwhelming evidence, Easy Moving refuses to take responsibility. The repair cost exceeds CAD 1,600 a direct financial loss caused by their negligence. The situation with my car is equally unacceptable. I dropped off my vehicle on February 25 with an estimated delivery window of 7-21 days. As of March 25, it still has not been delivered. Easy Moving failed to check my February 4 email containing vehicle ownership documentation. All required information was provided, yet the company failed internally, did not process the transport, and never contacted me to inform me of the issue. Now, in addition to their mistake, they continue to delay delivery without providing any clear resolution. Customer service has been appalling: * Dasha failed to review critical communications. * Kevin was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive over the phone. Every interaction results in more excuses, delays, and no accountability. This situation has a direct impact on my work, as I depend on my vehicle to serve clients in multiple locations. Additionally, my wife Gabriela is pregnant with a hematoma, requiring frequent clinic and hospital visits. This case involves: * Proven material damage * Serious operational failure * Lack of communication * Poor customer service * Unjustified refusal to take responsibility I demand that Easy Moving: 1. Fully reimburse the cost of repairing my KTM 450. 2. Immediately resolve and prioritize the delivery of my car. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all necessary legal actions. I strongly advise any customer facing similar issues to file formal complaints and seek legal recourse, as this conduct is unacceptable. Use extreme caution when considering Easy Moving. I expect the owners, including Mikhail and Yuri, to intervene immediately. The level of service, accountability, and respect shown to customers has been completely unacceptable

    The text I sent at 11:11PM the night before the scheduled move.

    It has taken me some time to process the stress of my move that Easy Moving has caused me, after 3 panic attacks on the day of the "scheduled" move, I'm ready to share my story. I booked Easy Moving back in June for my move from NYC to Toronto on August 27th, 2025. They were quick to give me an affordable quote ($4000 less than the average - I should've known this was too good to be true), and I quickly e-transfered them the $700 deposit. A week leading up to the move I have emailed them countless times about when they anticipate on arriving in both NYC and Toronto given that elevators are booked far in advance during this busy moving season. I called the "office" on August 26th (the day before the move) begging them to give me more details and "front desk" told me that I will receive a call back (an empty promise made to me many times prior). During an appointment approximately 2 hours after my inquiry, I received a call from Yuri with a NYC area code. Yuri was a fast talker, so much so, that my lash lady made a comment overhearing the conversation - "he didn't even let you have a word in". Yuri told me to send him photos of my furniture that needed to be moved, commenting on how "beautiful" they are and refusing to give me an exact time frame on his arrival, even though he read the text (EXHIBIT 1). Furthermore, Yuri asked me to buy my own packing supplies which in hindsight I should've known was another red flag. My friends suggested that I get some AirTags for my furniture and clothes to be safe. Later that night on August 26th, at roughly 11pm, I asked Yuri to give me at least an hour heads up. He then voice calls me to tell me that Easy Moving has decided to use another contractor to pick up my stuff and not Yuri. Yuri told me to contact the office and ask them to see what is going on, EXHIBIT 1a shows the text I sent the "office" at 11:11PM on August 26th, which they never responded to given that they were closed until 9am the next morning (important detail to note). The next morning rolls along and I get a call at 7:50am from Vitaly (the new movers Easy Moving hired) indicating that he was 10 minutes away since I booked the elevators LAST MINUTE at 8am. I asked him if he had multiple men with him and he said he has TWO MEN (insinuating 18+ of age). I see Vitaly pull up in a small U-Haul with HIS PRE-TEEN SON (could've been a nephew who knows). In addition to having the gnarliest dirtiest uhaul I've ever seen (I have WHITW FURNITURE), they tell me that they will take my stuff to a "storage unit" before Easy Moving moves it to the final destination. I am FLABBERGASTED at this point and my doorman, shoutout to Ira at 240 e 86th st, even suggested that I tell them to go. I asked Vitaly where my stuff will be stored and he mumbled something that I couldn't hear, he also said that I've been sent the paper work WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. Vitaly then gets on the phone with Daria, I'm assuming the office secretary, and she urges me to start the moving process and will send me the paperwork after 10am when the office opens (remember this important detail). I then decided to let them go because my gut was telling me that this is an awful idea. So I kindly ask Vitaly to leave WITH HIS MINOR. And then I began to receive 16 calls from "the office" back to back to back (see EXHIBIT 2). I noticed how they never leave a paper trail so I decided to send them an email see EXHIBIT 3. Anyways they texted me saying that I will lose my deposit and that rescheduling will result in further charges. I really should've read the reviews on this company before booking them. The other company I booked last minute were appalled at their lack of paperwork. To be RESPECTFUL of this "company" I won't say the other company's name but you can catch my 5 star review on them through my profile. In case Easy Moving decide to take down this review I will post the same one on Yelp. Good luck to anyone who wants to use Easy Moving, i haven't cried and had this many panic attacks since my ex broke up with me in 2019.

    Pick this company for moving, the other Yelpers were correct!…read more Tiam is quick in response and easy to correspond with. His team mates were all very friendly, courteous and polite. They are punctual and work non stop even though I kept asking if they need to break for lunch and offered water and snacks! I thought I packed well(proper bins and HD boxes) and the move would take 5 hours but 7 hours later was normal for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 detached house. I blame the garage/shed but these guys kept moving everything out and playing Tetris with the boxes until the truck fit everything in neatly, safely to the very very top. For some items they wrapped the blanket all around and taped it secure without us needing to request it. Really appreciate that attention to detail and care, despite some being IKEA furniture, they treated everything with care. They made it to new house first as we still had to tidy before leaving ourselves and we found they had started unloading the garage items already, without us having to instruct them, wow awesome! They unrolled sturdy foam rubber like mats on the hallways and stairs to protect the hardwood floor and asked for directions to move items I forgot to label or map. They even offered to stay and help us unpack or assemble if needed. Only downside which isn't a biggie was - he forgot the tablet to process the bill so it got emailed next day but I paid him all cash (credit has 3% processing fee) which makes anyone nervous there was no proof - one long tv shelf got scratched (ikea) it didn't get wrapped completely but Tiam was very apologetic and offered compensation which was appreciated I will be using this company again this year as we are doing renos and need to move stuff around one more time.     I could not recommend Let's Get Moving. My experience with this company was unpleasant to say the…read moreleast. Almost every piece of furniture had some damage to it when it arrived. For example, my solid walnut dining table that I carefully looked after for many years was damaged because an inexperienced mover flipped it onto its sides against the hard floor to remove the legs with nothing to protect it from getting scratched and dented. They also left behind a few pieces in the moving room that I luckily was able to find since no one had taken them. Even though I was clear about the number of boxes and items I had to move (they sold the boxes and supplies to me), there were staffing issues that jeopardized completing the move on time due to the number of hours they can work in a day and no other staff available to complete the job. This was very stressful. I had to replace some of the larger furniture pieces because they were damaged or broken. The call centre was also not helpful and I felt did not take my concerns seriously. This ended up being a very expensive ordeal. To this day, when I see their trucks or ads, I feel a negative emotional reaction.

As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes. He showed integrity and to me, that is what differentiates a good business from a bad one. Thank you for being an honourable human, Paul and for running your business with integrity.
