Even though I felt sorry for the gullable people being taking advantage of I did keep my mouth shut,but now ,with the place I am loveing has made the worst buisness decision I've seen in my 60 years .and through a couple more tenants under the bus as well.and I've been told to keep my mouth shut or git out,Bullshit. First of all it started more then five years ago,my first unexpected run in with the evil ,vampire known as the bedbug,when we first rented the house from Scott Driscoll,it was just what we needed,I had room for my own workshop upstairs,we rented one bedroom out and used the other.i would be in my shop from almost dark to after sun rose,my wife would be in bed by 10,which was always the norm,she started gitting what we thought we painfull rashes all over her body,and we could not figure it out ,we had never dealt with the bedbug before,and I ,again not being affected as my wife was ,because they are night dwellers.i sat there in turmoil,for here I am her choice of the one to love,charish,and protect till death and I was totally defenceless for how can you fight something you don't see,well come to find out,the previous tenants which happens to be related,had a problem with extreme bedbugs,the Scott the owner knew and neglected to take care of or at least disclose,we tryed everything we could,no luck,then our renter said she had found out about a product that was to this day the most effective way to kill bedbugs but cost 300 a gallon,so the landlord was forced to purchase a gallon,which ended up giveing us enough for one app only,but a second wasn't needed,one spray,no washing every piece of clothing in house no throwing furniture away,the only thing need Ed was to strip bed and lift top mattress,prat pest control charges 300 a spray which owner is paying the first three hundred on the four apts,and decided that since pratt said two sprays would be required ,that the four tenants would have to fork up the other three,and as usually three hundred from people living month to month on what they git,which means that your being told to shut up ,bend over,and don't expect any complimentary gasoline,and that being said you'll be charged three hundred dollars to sack all clothes turn all furniture upside down,just to save any kind of bending over,and that would be all great for the unknowing gullable people that know no better,but for one ever since my first battle with bed bugs I have made sure a keep that life saveing chemicle on hand,for that very reason,and if we did have bedbugs at all I'd have already desposed of them,but when the set up lady came to supposedly inspect for bedbugs,there were two apt s that had active bedbugs,ok,well there's 1200 for the crooks even though one spray for 600 should've enough,oh no ,bring that amount up on purpose to 1200 ,who'll ever know,but then the other two apt s being forced to do the same,was admitted to not have bedbugs ,which I already knew,but we need another 1200 for two apps for something that's not there,that is the most mentally retarded bullshit I've ever heard or seen in my life,but don't mention it or be kicked out,bullshit If anyone is wanting the name of chemical which can now be purchased in smaller concentrated bottles which makes you I suppose smarter then any crooked supposed professional,email me cttlguard@gmail.com
