From day one Jessica provided excellent customer service and communication. Robert set us up with a temporary fix while we waited on a new water heater unit. During this time our A/C blower motor went out. The vendor that AHS contracted out to was holding us hostage on the repair due to non-payment from AHS, when mentioning this in passing to Jessica she immediately jumped on the job and offered to have her guys fix it for us. After a month with no A/C we finally told AHS to shove it and paid out of pocket to have Ninja's Consulting fix our A/C. Where the other vendor wouldn't do it, Jessica was on the job as soon as we said we were ready and Ninja's got it fixed within 48 hours right before a gnarly heat wave. The price was reasonable at $771.00 for part and repair and considering how quickly Jessica was able to get it done, and in the Oklahoma heat, absolutely worth the money. We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday. He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half. And hour and a half later, he showed up. Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had "fixed" with better parts without saying anything. He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be. Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality. Highly recommend this company. We are actually going to have them come back out and fix different problem in the coming weeks.
