The problem comes with the office staff. This woman just (8/9/2024 ~3pm) chewed me out because I have had to talk, email, and text SEVERAL times this week because apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. If you talk to one person, they don't update the system, so then you have the conversation over and over again.
Initially emailed Monday to let them know that some piles were missed day of service. They emailed me back same day to tell me that since I had another service within the week, that they weren't going to come out again. So I had dog crap in my front yard until Thursday. Super cool since my yard guy comes on Wednesday. Thursday, the yard was scooped in the early AM, per usual, but again, the front yard was missed that I didn't notice until around 1pm. I called, left a vm, then texted. I was texted right back and the issue was resolved. They called me again today and I was told that I called BEFORE my service to complain, which is factually incorrect. They can ask their technician, Mel, who comes here early in the morning, and had done so on Thursday as well. She insisted the service wasn't until after 1:30pm. Wrong.
I told her that I didn't notice the front yard until after 1pm when I called. I then texted the number I receive texts from after I left the vm in a hope of getting the yard cleaned sooner rather than later. Luckily, it was handled quickly, maybe a guy named Scott, around 1:30pm. I deleted the text apparently. Then this woman was agitated, essentially blamed me bc I texted the tech, she couldn't see it in her office system. Someone put in the system that a service happened around 1:30pm, how is that MY problem that it wasn't notated clearly?
I talked to them on the phone every day this week, texted, and emailed all to get the crap out of my lawn. Had I known it was going to take up this much of my time, I would have just picked the shit up myself.
I canceled the service, and have submitted requests for estimates for other businesses in the area.
