I had them for a couple years. Some misses, but generally good service. I really liked that the technician came out before 7am bc the dogs are still asleep and they don't bark like lunatics. The problem comes with the office staff. This woman just (8/9/2024 ~3pm) chewed me out because I have had to talk, email, and text SEVERAL times this week because apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. If you talk to one person, they don't update the system, so then you have the conversation over and over again. Initially emailed Monday to let them know that some piles were missed day of service. They emailed me back same day to tell me that since I had another service within the week, that they weren't going to come out again. So I had dog crap in my front yard until Thursday. Super cool since my yard guy comes on Wednesday. Thursday, the yard was scooped in the early AM, per usual, but again, the front yard was missed that I didn't notice until around 1pm. I called, left a vm, then texted. I was texted right back and the issue was resolved. They called me again today and I was told that I called BEFORE my service to complain, which is factually incorrect. They can ask their technician, Mel, who comes here early in the morning, and had done so on Thursday as well. She insisted the service wasn't until after 1:30pm. Wrong. I told her that I didn't notice the front yard until after 1pm when I called. I then texted the number I receive texts from after I left the vm in a hope of getting the yard cleaned sooner rather than later. Luckily, it was handled quickly, maybe a guy named Scott, around 1:30pm. I deleted the text apparently. Then this woman was agitated, essentially blamed me bc I texted the tech, she couldn't see it in her office system. Someone put in the system that a service happened around 1:30pm, how is that MY problem that it wasn't notated clearly? I talked to them on the phone every day this week, texted, and emailed all to get the crap out of my lawn. Had I known it was going to take up this much of my time, I would have just picked the shit up myself. I canceled the service, and have submitted requests for estimates for other businesses in the area. read more

****edited to add the "account manager" reached out to me and claims they never looked in my windows to witness an additional dog, their tech felt like the waste in my yard was more (funny because I looked at footage over a year and their time servicing my yard had NEVER increased. On several occasions decreased) and that due to the tech feeling like it was more poo, I would be uncharged even if I didn't have an additional dog!!! This is extremely misleading from what their website says! So be warned, if you ever have a tech that feel like your dog poo'd too much, you'll receive additional charges and if you don't agree they will just ignore you and stop your service !! We have used Scoop Soldiers for YEARS now! We had paid for whole yard deodorizer for well over a year just to find out they used a hand held squirt bottle and only spritzed a few spots each visit. Finally canceled that. When we were asked to sign up it was explained they used a backpack sprayer with a wide nozzle and sweeped the whole yard with it ! Then today I get an email saying they were raising my price based off an extra dog and it taking too long. Well, the extra dog is a 9 week old puppy that my son is puppy sitting for a friend, that hasn't ever even been out in our yard! I have checked all my cameras and the longest they were in front of our home until the truck pulls away has been 22 minutes with an average of 16 minutes. I was told with 4 dogs my yard should take an average of 20 minutes ? To add to this, the ONLY way the tech could have seen the puppy was to have been actively been looking in my FROSTED glass back door! That seems like such an invasion of privacy to be looking in my doors! No apology, just a notice saying I'll be paying a higher price and that's that! read more

Sean does a great job of cleaning my yard every two weeks. He always alerts me that he is coming so I can have my dog in the house and comes on the same day and time every two weeks. Very dependable. I always receive a picture of the secured gate when he leaves. I would highly recommend Scoop Soldiers! read more
