Great service. Had a bit of trouble at the start, but when Jennifer came all was happily resolved. She should be named the gold standard of this business. She was dependable, conscientious, and thorough, and she was wonderful with my Corgi mix Henry before we had to send him to the Rainbow Bridge. Very personable, and obviously liked her job. Any more stars available? Five doesn't seem to be enough. read more

I called yesterday afternoon to have my cats litter box changed. The guy I was talking to had trouble talking to me. He was quoting me about dogs and I had to correct him, he apologized and said he need to talk to a manager. Came back and said it was okay and continued to tell me about fees and how they work. He kept saying yard and I had to stop him again. I stopped him again, he apologized. We get to "someone will contact me" for payment. I get a call from Chris later that night, rudely says.."we don't do cats". what a waste of my timek read more

Amazing company! Jennifer always text me when she's on her way so that I can make sure the dogs are out of her way and I'm always amazed at how clean the yard is when she's done! Plus it's nice she comes the day before trash pick up so we don't smell it in the trash can. I didn't expect her to show up on Memorial Day but she did which was nice because we had family over and the kids got to enjoy the backyard! Best money spent!!! read more

I'm so glad I use Poop 911. I have two large dogs and they poop a lot. Cleaning up after them is a dreaded, but necessary chore. Now I can come home and enjoy my yard. My neighbors are happy too. They do an excellent and thorough job every time. I wholeheartedly recommend them. read more

We have been using OKC Poop 911 for 3 years after a visitor to our house said snarkily "you can't even use your yard because of the dog poop." Since then, they have come every week and do a great job picking up from our large (1 acre) yard for 2 dogs. We enjoy our yard so much more now and I think their service is worth the time saved and the money spent. Would highly recommend. read more

I have been a customer for over a month and wished I had called them sooner! First, they do a great job with clean up and with my hectic schedule this has been a true blessing to me and my fur babies! Secondly, I think the prices are very affordable for the convenience and good work they do in cleaning up. They are very thorough!! We have four dogs which means a lot of poop. Poop 911 comes to scoop our backyard every week and we couldn't be more pleased. Jon and Bill are both very professional, courteous, and do an amazing job of making our backyard look like we don't even have dogs! Started using Poop 911 in Feb. 2013. Don't remember how I found out about this company and Jon Wood ( the owner), but am so glad I did! This is one of the best companies I've ever had dealings with. Prices are very reasonable, great customer service, they go above and beyond to make sure your a satisfied customer. Happy, happy, happy! They are prompt, efficient, trustworthy and you hardly ever know they've been there, except for the lil post it note they put on the back door... not to mention the nice clean backyard. Good for my doggies and good for me. It's a win win all the way around! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Roger A.

I started Poop 911 in 2008 when I was getting ready to graduate into a depressed job market with a not-highly-marketable biology degree. I had the urge to start a business, but had little startup capital or technical knowledge. Instead, over the next 3 years, while Poop 911 grew, I worked full-time as a call-center rep, an advertising salesman, and finally a waiter. Once Poop 911 had enough clients (in both Tulsa and OKC), I finally went full-time and quit waiting tables after Christmas 2011. 2012 has been my first full year with only Poop 911 supporting my family. I've been very lucky and can't express enough my appreciation for all the support from my friends and clients (many of whom are both!)

The walk-in self service wash is $18 and I believe 10 on Thursdays for medium to large breeds. Small breeds are slightly cheaper at 15 a wash and 7 on Thursdays. I loved the hoses, because they had it set up where the shampoo comes out with the water and same with the conditioner so, it was really easy to wash my dog. The dryers however don't get warm so, it took awhile to dry my dog. They also offer a rewards system. I think it was every 10th wash you get a free one. I will definitely continue to use their services as their Thursday deal is the best I've found.
