This FedEx office is tucked away in a business plaza and pretty hard to see from the street. Because of this there's never anybody here. My company mainly uses Fedex so I come here occasionally to ship stuff. Always easy and painless. Be warned if it's raining. Went in for a few pages printed out today. Previously at different locations had issue receiving an email for confirmation and DAWN helped me with pointers getting the confirmation as cell service isn't the best. She was awesome and super easy to work with. I know this was a simple transaction but I feel that big or small, my transaction would have went perfect with her help today. I don't know the guys name who also handled a different situation inside was great to me as well. It's far for me to use this location, but if I were close I'd be choosing here for my needs. Fedex is the worst delivery business I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately the winery I do business with I guess is stuck with them. I have to sign for wine begin delivered which makes sense. But, Fedex is often not delivered the day they say they will deliver it. So, you waste a day waiting. And, warm temperatures are not good for wine and when it sits in a truck an extra warm day it is not good. Fedex sends texts that are not true and way too often are not on time. 5 stars due to the layout and convenience of this location. It's small and easy to miss since it's part of a business center but just follow the GPS. Plenty of parking. Never crowded which is huge. Always in and out when dropping off packages. They have a self scanner at the entrance so you can scan any pre-labeled packages and it'll print you a receipt. Friendly staff. If you want to choose the path of least resistance, this is the place to go. read more

The lady worker was unwelcoming towards minority. She asked me to repack my box or charged a fee. I went to another fedex office on Goldenwest and my boxes were friendly and kindly accepted without any issues. Don't recommend coming to this Knott location. read more

This particular location is on the small side and usually only has one employee on staff at a time. Now I have been when there was more than one but only a couple times. It's usually just the one so at times it can get a little busy but at least everyone that I have had to deal with was nice enough. So if you have to ship or pick up I guess you could do worse. read more

This place is perfect to ship out packages without paying surcharges. This is an actual Fed Ex office so you don't pay those extra fees all those mail places charge. It's located in a small business plaza off Knott and Orangewood. So the Mister was in Vegas doing some airbrush demonstrations and left some equipment at home. He had me send it out to where he was. He really didn't leave it. He just didn't have room in the car for it. Service here is friendly. This place is super small and can get very busy. The clerk entered everything in the computer, printed my tag, ran my CC and was told he would get it tomorrow. I brought my own tape and scissors to seal the box but she said she can tape it for me. Sweet!! My 8 pound oversized box cost just under $30.00 with insurance. Last pick up is 5:15. I was there at 4:30. Sometimes the driver comes early so don't wait till 5:00pm. So Fed Ex has RULES about packaging. Like there can't be any extra space in boxes, ect. My box was rather large, and there was a little bit of space. Luckily we made it work. They also insure it for up to $100 for free. I had to add extra insurance for a few extra bucks. People who complain about packaging rules need to get over it. I came home and found more supplies at my front door from his supplier. Looks like I'm shipping that one out tomorrow. Yay!! I am a fan. read more

Girl was incredibly rude when we dropped off a couple packages earlier this week. Questioned what I was sending (items had labels on them that specifically said returns department to a reputable large company) and then gave my friend and I attitude when we tried telling her through our masks. She couldn't hear us and snapped at us. Definitely won't go to this location again-just happened to be in the area and googled the nearest FedEx. She had reddish hair and pigtails and looked to be about 20-25 years old. read more

I had to return a pillow that I ordered online. The vendor provided me with a prepaid shipping label and since it's a fairly large package, I decided to drop it off at the FedEx office itself instead of using the drop off box. So I went during my lunch break. First, it was nearly impossible to find. It's hidden in this giant business complex. I had to wait 10 minutes for any of the sales associates to be available. So once I go up to the counter, this lady with blonde hair, very sweetly says "Oh the package can't have any empty space in it". I tell her," um this is the package it came in and that's how it was shipped". She goes "well, yeah I know but we can't take it without it having some filler in." Then she proceeds to smash the top of the box down to show me that there are empty spaces. WHAT THE FUCK? Next she tells me she could put in filler for $4. Dumb Bitch. How is it ok for it to be shipped to me in the same package without any filler, but I can't send it back the same way?! I told her no I don't want to pay for $4 and left. I was so annoyed but I googled the next closest FedEx location - which was in Cypress and drove there at mad speed. I went up to the counter and was immediately greeted by a young man, who asked if I was dropping off. I said yes, he printed up a receipt and handed to me. It took less than a minute and no bullshit about filler. I honestly think that lady is trying to upsell shit. Shut the fuck up and take the damn package. Stopped by here with my boyfriend to drop off a package. The rude and preoccupied worker there told us what's wrong with our packaged and so we repackaged it. We didn't mind redoing the package, but he acted like we were bothering him by standing and working in the store. I think we were interrupting a college football game he was either watching in the back or listening to on the radio.... either that or he was just mad because he had to work on a Saturday morning. OMG! I almost had a heartache trying to get to this location! They should inform you that it is IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND! Store sign is not lit! Cannot see from the street! Do not look for a large typical FedEx/Kinkos store! I found a location on the way home from work that had a late express drop off time. On the Friday the drop off time for express was at 6pm. Perfect! I was driving on empty and figured it wouldn't be a big deal since it wasn't far. Well I kept driving around and around and around looking for this place. I kept thinking "how is it possible that I am missing this location?" Unbelievable! Finally at about 5:50pm or so, I get their number, call the store and ask them to start my mailing label for me. Apparently they could not do that but said that they will stay open as long as they can but not much after 6pm. I told them to make sure to hold the Express guy! I ask them for specific directions on how to find their store. They tell me to turn left at a stoplight, turn right into the shopping center (which looks abandoned), and then come back towards the main street and turn left. Where the f00k is this place? I FINALLY see it and it's this small little dinky store!!! I was like whatever. Park. Run in! I get inside. The guy says I have to write in the information; address, telephone, etc. I was thinking "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!" They were really nice though. They held the guy even a few minutes after 6pm. A lady said out loud that she was waiting for this girl to come in that hysterically called and I waved my hands and yelled "That was me! I made it in!" hahaha... Good times in hysteria lane. DO NOT GO HERE! This is actually a good location for me, its a small store but it's literally 1 minute from my office, so I can drop things off during my lunch break. I usually use my online account to pre-label everything and just drop off packages. How do you have a bad experience when you just drop off a package? I was dropping off a box, correct measurements and weight was listed. The lady that took my box, took it and pushed down on it with her weight, then said, "its not a box anymore so you cant ship it. I can stuff it for you, and then I can accept it as a box." SERIOUSLY?! IT ISN'T THE SHAPE OF A BOX BECAUSE YOU PUT ALL YOUR WEIGHT ON IT! Long story short, I paid the $4.50 for her to stuff the box with paper, which she told me that she will do later because it would take a long time. She probably didn't since I already stuffed it with shipping air bags (oh, btw would have popped if someone put all their weight on it). Let my waste of $4.50 be a lesson to you. This place will rip you off whatever chance they can get because they do not get enough business. read more

Place is hard to find. Walked in on my lunch hour with a big package and stood there for a few LONG minutes wondering if anyone was even in the place. Finally a gal popped her head around the corner from the back partition and said, "I'll be right there" and disappeared again for at least another minute or so while I stood there holding a 20 lb box. I had already preprinted the label and simply wanted to drop it off but wasn't sure where to put it between the 3 locations in the counter that were available. They all looked closed. But everything was handled when she did show back up and the dark haired gal was helpful. But it was an awkward experience to say the least. read more

ZERO STARS is more like it. Victor needs some training on how to answer basic questions. My family and I arrive with the print out of the tracking number which states it has been delivered to that location. Victor doesn't greet us, say hi or anything but holds out his chubby hand for the paper. My mom hands it to him he takes one quick look and asks us who B.Craig is? Ummm the heck if we know. So we tell him that and he keeps asking us who this person is. We tell him many times WE DONT KNOW! Then he just stands there so I ask him if he could look up the tracking number in the system...do something! He then had the nerve to say a little respect would be nice. Where was the respect for us let alone due diligence for your job. Respect Is earned not given and he didn't have not once inch of it. We left still not know where the heck our package was but I know one thing is for sure, he has a CORPORATE COMPLAINT coming his way. Mark my words! Lastly I hope you read this Victor. YOU NEED HELP! Being a center manager is not your forte! You are terrible at your job and don't have any urgency or desire to help people. They said they would finis taping and putting on fragile sticker but it would be later. I asked if I could do it and then they could not find the fragile sticker.
